Being athlete vs sedentary person, to get or keep being healthy, when you do a daily desk job, a physical job, light workout, moderate workout, or strenuous workout, you absolutely need to know how much your body is healthy (BMI), and how much nutrients this body need to maintain weight, lose fat or even gain weight
So this App help you to calculate the quantity of macronutrients : proteins, lipids and carbohydrates, that you need each day for a specific body type and specific activity or training (marial arts, workout, football, jogging...).
This is the first version, it's for adult men and woman, not applicable for children under 17.
The future versions will be more complete with more tools for different ages and differents sports...
Warning!! : This app is working for most people, but this may not be adapted to your own body, so before staring a diet based on it, you have to ask your physician verify and validate the diet for you if there is no risk.

1) carbs were crazy high and protein too low and 2) need to be able to enter weight in pounds (not just kg) and height in inches (not just cm)
