This was the exact thing that happened to me, all the documents they. Had emsil . Me just disappeared along with ALOT of important. Documents. The company classed themselves as financial investors helping people like. Myself that struggles at times being single bringing up two young boys. I contacted the company I felt the the manager was rude and couldn't get me off the phone. Quick enough, shortly I shall be putting. This on the Web next to all there wonderful reviews

BEWARE -- Once you sign up for the 30-Day Trial, there is no way to contact the company. Chat doesn't work. The only phone number is hidden in the chat box, but hangs up on every call. App quit working over a week ago. ZERO customer support. Zero communication from the company.

Only helpful if you can talk people you know into using it and I could not talk anyone I know when to using it so therefore it's useless it doesn't work for me and there's no place in their help manuals that gives a contact it address phone number or a way you can cancel it even if you're in the free trial so you don't get billed through PayPal

I initially had technical bugs with the service and was highly displeased but the personnel at Criptyque-Pryvate Limited contacted me via phone call to apologize because they were upgrading their systems. They contacted me and went through the step by step set up and everything now works as advertised. Calls are crystal clear clarity over LTE 4g and wifi. I am in the Private Security Industry and recommend this app. It is the REAL DEAL.
