Family GPS tracker My Family

This is the best family tracker. Only thing I don't like is, my phone don't alert me when my husband is going places, but my husband's phone always gets notification of me.

Thousands of anonymous 5 star ratings that up the average. It's not that good. Positions are often delayed up to 60 min, even if installed exactly as instructed, good GPS and internet. It's a bit of hit or miss if app is useful for meeting up with someone.

Paid 14.99 for Premium Upgrade but it didn't upgrade! Contacted Support; they responded but app still doesn't upgrade. Wants me to buy again!? Would be good app if it upgraded properly. Be careful!

Not 100% accurate most of the time.. The was one time it made me worry for nothing! It was telling me my friend was going to places where she didn't even go to! She was in one spot but it was telling me she was somewhere else. And also the SOS button android to apple doesn't work. But apple to android works. Not very helpful in case of emergencies... Hope that will be fixed soon.

Not fully accurate. I want to try premium but worried it's not better. Was at least showing area of family now only shows home location and history of 1hour ago no matter how many times I refresh

It doesn't update for hours, so by the time it does I have already started to panic!! Plus it will say my daughter is 5 blocks away from where she really is.

Never tracked any of the family, just showed them at home. Will be uninstalling it quickly.

Works really well. Gives total peace of mind knowing the kids are where you expect them to be. The alert feature is a brilliant idea. The whole thing is very well done.

This app used to be reliable. Now it's hit or miss if it work's at all. My daughter can be sitting right next to me and it shows her miles away and usually in the middle of nowhere. Went from 5 star to 1.

This app was perfect before last update. Now I can see ads at the top of the screen and more bad that the ads cover the buttons where it's impossible to click at them.Please devs fix the problem like before the update for a five star review.Thanks Edit: this app going more and more bad at every update .Now I cant track my child at all,or it update it's place every 20 min. about.Similar tracking app at the same device track my child very smooth updating it's place every 3 min. about.I wait till next update so the devs to fix this app,if not I will uninstall it!

One of the best app to track any thing you need ... I have 3 cars, with this app i can track all of them at a time with accurate location by simply placing an android mobile in each of them .. Suggestion: It would be even more helpful if the history shows the locations along with the route in which the person / mobile phone travelled ...

i bought premium for forced camera snap feature, but photos i am getting are black and very low quality, not visible. so either give good service or refund.

there is still some issue in forced call ..the other person gets voices from phone even when the microfone is off ...and also u can't see Back camera when on call ....rest is fine ....make the changes then will give u 5 star

This is a terrier app, I am deleting it! It is not accurate enough at all. When its telling you child is in a completely different place, that's bad! That's the whole reason the app was made and it doesn't even work and tell you where your child is and I have done all the settings on both phones and set it to improve the location setting and still it doesn't work. I also set to refresh every 5 mins, your lucky enough if it refreshes 9hours. Don't bother with this app if the main reason was to be able to keep tabs on your child at all times and need a reliable app. I've got to try and find another now that actually works like the description says and tells you where your child is in live form from GPS...

The accuracy is off and it doesn't update my location for others to see unless open the app. Currently it says I am miles away from where I have been all day. Have another phone with the app and it shows the correct location but doesn't update regularly.

Bought premium version. Changed phones. Now it's gone. Developer doesn't respond.

I paid for premium 2 weeks ago and then had to change phones. I have installed the app on my new phone but there is no way I can find how to get premium recognised or launched even though it says I am subscribed. I asked the question through the app but have had no response.

I paid for this when the forced video call worked. And now it doesn't. That was the whole reason for me to pay for the app. I'm disappointed that the forced video call doesn't work anymore at all

This app is great! I particularly like that it displays vehicle speeds and the accuracy of target locations. You wont find those features with many other apps.

Notifications on leave and arrive are not in a reasonable manner.

Just downloaded, would like to know does the map function works after entering a country not allowed Google?

Has not located my daughter for over 6 hours now. She has texted me to let me know where she's at during her travels but this damn app won't pick up where she's at. She has her GPS and location on but it won't pick up anything. Worthless App

This app is very inaccurate. It has me in one place when I am at another. It's really pretty much useless.

Very poor customers service. I have been emailing them for a problem and they never bother to even reply

MY 8th Sept UPDATE. Well I have had a reply as u see below. But this app is just RUBBISH! Lucky for me I have found tried, trusted and tested app again called xfi Locator Lite. Much better that this My Family! I have had xfi many years ago and found it again (great joy) TRY it 100% more accurate than my family and tracks in real time with no delays as I have done now and previous.

Worked right for about 3 weeks after I paid for the premium version. Then lost my son, and most times would struggle to load the map or update family location, Wi-Fi or cellular network. Did all their fixes, no dice. I would be sitting right next to my family and it would not show them with me. And letting me know someone left a location over an hour after they get home? Awesome. Leave this one alone.

This app works great until I pay for the premium. As of July 31st my eldest son's app stopped updating. I went to the help part of the app and went through all the steps and still nothing worked. His app even has stopped opening now. I try to find a way to contact the makers of this app so I would not be putting posting this publicly because this could be an isolated incident and I don't want people to think that the app wasn't good to begin with because it was very great worked very well, but now that I have deleted his app I have also noticed that when trying to re-add him back to our family, I don't even have an add person button on my map to add him back to our family. I have uninstalled and reinstalled this app. and now the maps don't want to download. Nothing is working! Could you please please address the situation ASAP thank you very much. And as soon as it is fixed I will immediately change the rating back to a 5-star rating. I only changed the rating so that it would be noticed and that the situation could be addressed as soon as possible.

Does not track phone without location service on. Not useful it should be able to work without location. What if the phone is turned off and the child is kidnapped then or family member got lost ? It shud work with app and sim card always.

The application still shows the notifications for arriving at location with more than 6-7 hours delay. Where is the point to receive notification that my son just arrived at school when he is already back home. I turned on Improved quality of location on the app but still no difference. Please fix it, otherwise I will uninstall the app, it's not useful.

Alerts every few minutes that my daughter has left school, then arrived back at school, and does this repeatedly. It also is not updating me on my other daughter, the accuracy is disappointing, and does not make me feel confident enough to upgrade to premium when So far has not been performing well at all. May be better off paying for the networks app. ☹

The only problem I have noticed is sometimes the enforced camera just doesn't work. I haven't noticed the correlation as to what makes it not work, it could be the phone itself. Although the camera works perfectly with all normal pictures. Sons phone is Galaxy J3.

1 star is too many. I paid the $14.99 to upgrade to the premium. It never worked, the support emails were never replied to. Total joke. They refuse to refund the money. Scammers

Most of the time very accurate on GPS. Some times can not establish audio connection. LBS is a week point of the service as very inaccurate. In last two weeks audio connection coud not be established. Not via wifi not via mobile internet connection.
