Bought ticket and no QR Code sent. Lost money for nothing. *Edit** After a while the ticket did work. The customer service called 2 times to change the review. But I encountered the new problem. I tried to recharge the credits but it said there was a problem, no credits refilled in my account but it took my money anyway. Don't use this app. It's bad. Use the paper tickets.. *Edit2** Customer service answered the reviewed about the QR code not sent, but NOT why they took my money without refilling my credits.
