Initially sounded like a good idea. However, you have to have app active on your phone continually. Drains battery on cell phone and you can't utilize when in active phone call. Would be better if handheld transmitter could also be used.

Works very well. Having the ability to use my phone as the controller is quite innovative, this way my wife has her own controller and so do I. We don't have to worry about misplacing it, or our young child who loves to push buttons on the TV remote getting hold of it while our dog is wearing it. I think it's a brilliant idea, not to mention extremely affordable for the consumer. It is ideal for our family's needs.

It takes forever to connect. By the time it connects to the collar he's done with whatever he was doing. Pointless.

Works great most of the time. Sometimes it won't connect even if the app is open and my Bluetooth signal is good. Don't think the collar will last long .

One of the worst apps. I have I have ever used I wish it was just a widget that could stay open on my screen and never interfere

Can't get it to unlock with my personal pin # for I believe it was a returned product to start with for I realized that when I got home with it so back to the store it goes and do another brand.

Collar only initially links when within 2 feet or less, loses connection well before advertised 75 yds and loses connection constantly requiring relinking at 2 ft or less. Waste of money & time.

Not a good choice in training devices, half of the time you can't even get connected to the device, I will be taken it back to the store

Useless app. By the time it loads the dog doesn't know what she did. Terrible idea not making this an always on widget. Will be returning

The app constantly shuts off and I have to take the time to reopen it and send a message of it dropping the connection!

The app turns off with the phone taking time to reload the app. While your dog mauls another dog.

It is great when it connects. I have a hard time getting it to connect. It also disconnects when you close out of the app so you have to reconnect which sometimes takes minutes. It would also be nice if there was a feature for more than one dog where both collars can be connected at the same time. It is a good product and the idea was great but the app still needs a lot of work in my opinion.

Had same issues as most with the all of a sudden no connection bit but, I was able to get 75 yards on a G6, to fix the app go to app settings and clear the data. Clear all recent apps. Power off and during boot get into recovery. This is different for every phone but for G6 hold power on and down volume at the same time. Scroll down to wipe cache and hit press power to choose. Once the phone boots back up you can connect again easily. Devs, this didn't happen until a stable connection went out due to distance. If I close before the connection is lost it will easily reconnect once in range again. Also button mapping would be a great feature for root users.. maybe 3 taps on vol down is vibrate and 3 on volume up is static. This way we don't need to open the app to use. This of course would require constant connection and power would suffer but well worth it when I'm home. Also a signal meter would be useful too

Would sincerely like an option to turn off the pin and pairing aspects, so the collar could just be controlled with any phone or Bluetooth device. For the price, I really expected a more flexible product.

Worked great for the first few weeks. Then it started not wanting to connect and now won't connect at all. Ive tried uninstalling and reinstalling, nothing works. Waste of money!!

When it connects the app is great (love the concept), but at times it takes over 10 minutes to connect to the collar. Please release an update to improve the connectivity and I'll update my review. Thanks!

I waited 1 hours and a 1/2 for this product to load never did going back to store. Don't waste your time or money. .

Recently, the company seems to have fixed the connection issues. It has connected flawlesy on the first attempt every time for the past few months.

Never connects to device & problems with pairing. Tried device reset, app unistall & reinstall, waiting 10min+ to connect...nothing. Just a paperweight.

I can't connect my collar to the app. It shows up but when i go to connect it it's says connecting for like 30 mins and i give up I saw videos that it connect in seconds.. Please figure out why it won't connect to my phone..
