Der Deutsche Bundestag möge beschließen, dass die neue Tabakrichtlinienverordnung (Artikel 20), die die "elektronische Zigarette" betrifft, nicht umgesetzt werden soll
Begründung:
Das elektronische Rauchen, auch Dampfen genannt, ist in seiner Art bei weitem nicht so schädlich, wie das Rauchen einer gewöhnlichen aus Tabak bestehenden Zigarette. Die Bundesregierung möchte, dass die Menschen von der Zigarette loskommen. Gleichzeitig möchte man das Dampfen so regulieren, dass ehemalige Raucher wieder zur Zigarette greifen, wenn die Nikotinstärke so eingeschränkt wird (4 mg). Auch im Hinblick auf den immer größer werdenden Markt und die Kaufkraft und die Arbeitsplätze, die dahinter stecken,und noch geschaffen werden, wäre es ein sehr großer Fehler, diese Verordnung so umzusetzen, wie geplant. The German Bundestag may decide that the new Tobacco Directive (Article 20), which relates to the "electronic cigarette", not to be implemented
Justification:
The electronic smoke, also called steaming, is not nearly as harmful as smoking an ordinary cigarette made of tobacco in its kind. The federal government wants the people to get away from the cigarette. At the same time you want to regulate the vapors so that former smokers draw again for a cigarette when the nicotine strength is so limited (4 mg). Also in view of the growing market and the purchasing power and jobs, behind it, and be put in place, it would be a very big mistake, this Regulation implement as planned.
