Fatal problems. I played $5.99 for this app and it's unlimited version. First off, you cannot turn off the absolutely terrible "house music" that plays as you exercise. I tried to put my spotify player over it, but it's a jumbled mess. You cannot uncheck the house music box, so you will be forced to exercise in silence if you can't tolerate it. Right after the first workout, the screen goes gray and the countdown stops. I thought it was a break, even though the one exercise barely gets your heartrate up to begin with. Nope... It stayed blank after two minutes with the o my option being to exit the workout entirely. What a complete and utter waste of six dollars. Do not spend a single penny with this company. This is probably the worst, most unfunctional workout company you could go with.

I am a beginner also. Beginner task is very hard in this app. It has no Idea how many time you get rest. After 1 day followed this app my triceps and upper chest was bloked. This app is not perfect for middle chest and lower chest....... This is not a good app also....

New version is very nice looking but the workout rhythm is completely out of sync with the reps. Also, the mid-set counting has been discontinued, don't understand why. This whole new look is actually a step back in usability

Very little free content after the so called "rebirth" and monthly 5€ is way to much for content left. That's even more when you don't want to fix to the programs this app offers but also wanna youse others. What have you done? (Nvertheless the new Design is nice :D)

Every 30 second advertisements, very annoying. To be able to just to see some of exercises I had to see 5-6 30 seconds advertisement, and you cannot stop these advertisements olaying
