All Started In 2015

Defying the Odds -DTO- Sports Agency was founded by our President, Mr. Edwin Dominguez on November, 2015 in Dominican Republic.

We have qualify recruiters all over the Dominican Republic and other Caribbean countries that are always on the look for new talent available for Asian Baseball.

Our Mission is to provide Asian Professional Baseball Leagues with the top young talent available in Dominican Republic and the Caribbean, every year.

Our Vision is to become the top supplier (in terms of quality and quantity) of Dominican and Caribbean Baseball Players for the teams of the NPB, KBO, CPBL and other Professional Asian Leagues.

All of our players are either entering their primes or are young with big upside. We focus on guys that have great character, are able to adapt, have strong work ethic and are willing to learn and listen.
