open-eObs Mobile - NFC

Open-eobs enables digital patient observations and assessments for clinicians at the point-of-care. The solution provides clinicians an easy to use and time-saving replacement of traditional paper-based assessment forms and observation charts for assessing patient capacity, acuity and clinical risk (e.g. NEWS, GCS, AVPU, Waterlow).

By providing nurses with digital calculation of acuity scores and assessments and automatic triggering of escalation processes the open-eObs solution gives staff more time at the bedside to focus on the 6Cs of nursing while also delivering on recommendations from the Francis report for improving accountability in practice.
