OnePlus Community

Is there any developer here from OP reading all the reviews? We have tons of users who are complaining about "cannot login" issue with the app. I am facing the same problem. Would someone be generous and responsible enough to help fix this ASAP?

When display settings is done to small the thrrad description seems bittiny to read comfortably ..... but is font is set to small description is ok to read but i need this to be same whether i make display small or font ...please This update just ruined the On screen buttons while inverting colors totally disappear and normally its grey ish

It's a great app, but it's such a pain, there is always some sort of issue with the search. I can't search for a thread that I want. I'm stuck with the latest ones. Please address this issue as soon as you guys can. Thanks!

Good app to get info about OnePlus phones. But no option to get sign up. I tried many times but its not verifying my email. And there no option to change name in profile.

Search function in this app really sucks. The results are not at all relevant. Geeky gusy says don't make separate posts... already answered many times... bla bla bla... Whenever I search for any solution I never get satisfied with search results.

I'm loving it so far. I remember a few months back I suggested this app and they made it happen. I appreciate their customer support. P.S. The logo really needs a plus. It's the one plus community app not the one community app.

I couldn't login in the app with my account. It just keeps loading (with loading animation) and I couldn't get in. Tried clearing App Data and Re-installing the app, but didn't work. Please fix this ASAP.

I m unable to login into the community app since the day i purchased the phone. My login is created but the login attempt has never completed in last 2 months. OP need your response to solve this issue.

Broken app. Won't let me see my post, doesn't notify of replies, and won't let me search for posts. The app can't perform it's sole function.

Useless app. Goddammit, make it on par with the web version or remove it completely.

Can't get the app to work. The app freezes on home screen with loading animation. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the app several times but of no use.

My internet is working fine. All other apps are working fine that rely on internet. But this app has Network issues always. This app is good for nothing.

When I try to comment on my thread, it keeps loading showing publishing and stuck.

Utterly shocked that the newest update makes it so that you are unable to access the app without storage permissions being granted. Wanna see a security breach? After granting this app permission, and opening the app at least once, go into your OnePlus file browser and locate a file called "OnePlus" select it, then select "cache" and pick any one of the strange files inside and open it as an image. Surprise! Those are other people's posted pictures saved onto your phone! What does OP do rather than fix the issue? They disable the only solution...

the app caches all files from main storage to /oneplus/imagecache which is double waste of storage space.

There is a bug for editing quoted comments it does not allow to edit rather it toasts "Loading images, please wait a second"

This app should not come installed by default on OnePlus devices, as many can access this community on browser
