Not working for Saudi arabian registar

I transfered money from my credit card to one card account. The transaction was rejected. They said that they will send my money back within 15 to 20 days . But they didn't. Now they blocked my IP so that I cannot reach the support.

Expensive prices and bad customer service! I bought a us ps10$ card and it was invalid, I contacted Sony they said the code was already used, I contacted onecard they said they will look into it and asked for a picture of the issue, I did all the steps they wanted and its been 2months and no contacted me back though my ticket is ongoing. Don't buy from them.

حاولت الدخول لحسابي ولم اقدر وكلمت الدعم كي استرجع الحساب مافادني بشي ابدا .. كنت احب البرنامج بس الحين اكرهه بقوة

كل مره احاول تسجيل الدخول عن طريق البرنامج يعطيني اسم المستخدم خاطئ او الرقم السري
