Dialog SelfCare

It's a great app, specially for those who use dialog broadband sercice. It's very helpful in finding how much data we usde and how much remaining. I hope dialog will add even more useful features to this app.

The app is great but it is a bit on the slow side.A bit too slow for the kind of app this is.But the devs have been addressing these issues for sometime now.Its getting better.

Good application for read how many data I have

Some times screen go down. Then cannot touch anything.

Thanks for fixing bugs in the new update.Now it works properly.A useful app for dialog users.

After the update, at mobile tab other balances has been removed which is very useful to us.

With the new update channels are not listing on the app ..

Good for customers rather than connecting customer care center. thanks devoleper.

මේක කොච්චර update කරත් වැඩක් නැ. පරිබෝගිකයන්ගේ අත්‍යවශ්‍ය දේවල් ඇතුලත් කරන්නේ නැ . නිකන් වැඩකට නැති බොරු දේවල් ඇතුලත් කරනවා. මේකේ eZ cash වල එයාටෙල් payment තියද? මේකේ eZ cash වල minimum payment එක ඉවත් කරලද ? Data balance එක නිසි ආකරව පෙන්නුම් කරනවද?

It worked well. However it's lagged now. When i click the app it loads and when i click into any options. It'll get through. Now it won't work. When click nothing happens. It's like there isn't any backend code.

This was so help for me to do payments and check my updates of all my dialog connections.other wise people have to go to outlets or payment locations to update and to do payments.with this app it has limited the unnessasery time waste of people.love it

Not working properly very disappointed about this Unable to make credit cards payment as it says "connection error try again later" and it never got fixed

This app is useful for home broadband costomers but for dialog TV costomers it's absolutely useless as it's not possible to activate or deactivate any channel. Not worth downloading.

Worked well until last update . Now unable to make credit card payments as it is giving a connection error

Can't activate a channel. Gives java.lang.unsupportedoperationexception. Really, is this the user experience dialog is providing to customers. Can't change packages, the app is saying can't perform the operation due to system errors. Please stop developing apps like this.

Until last update it was really good But now I can't pay any bill or make a reload using my credit card, it is mentioned 'connection error'

After I installed this self care app im not receiving my text mesages to phone.why is that?

This app does not work after the Android 8.0.0 Oreo update. I have called and complained many times but nothing has been done. Also why do we have to complain on Im, Facebook or Twitter?

After the latest update cannot pay from debit card it says 'Transaction not permitted ' pls do the needful..

There is an error comming, when activating new channel says, java.lang.unsupported operation...etc.

Easy to handle all of my dialog products. Easy use! Love it!

A great step up from the previous versions. Still not all the data plans are available for selecting. And be great if the app works with 0 balance data/credit.after all its your app and we dont download anything,just checking our connection. Found it impossible to switch to post data once my pre data pack was over.Had to connect through wifi and change pre to post.
