Easy to use. Slow in generating a report number. No followup FROM a county employee on status. Take a page from Seminole county 311... their map to mark the address shows push pins for other reports to alleviate duplicate reporting. They also email you updates and I even received a call from DPW/roads letting me know the time frame to address a pothole.

Seems like a great idea, nice and easy. But......I created a new report and never got a response. Not a good response and not a bad response, just nothing. Even after the report was resolved, the app still says it is an open report. Uninstalling now. Use the email instead.
