Needs to be able to save base line scores

There needs to be alot more information available on this app to completely verify a concussion. For instance, Glasgow Coma Scale, reported and observed symptoms, balance test, and cranial nerve tests. Also, there should be a portion where you can save this as well as the option to e-mail.
