Wear Unlock for Android Wear for Android
But this app is spot on. Thank you for a glitch free experience :-)
Won't accept the password. Bluetooth is off, so now locked out of my phone.
Last update August 2014. Dev abandoned app. Do not purchase!!!
I see that some people are having trouble with getting it to work. If you have set up a security password or finger print scan, pattern etc. You must disable it first. This app will take over. Also restarting your phone and watch wouldn't be a bad idea afterword so that they pair and begin using the new software.
Just as described!! This app will unlock your device when it detects your wearable but will lock it if it don't!! I tried this on my OnePlus one on android 4.4.4 KitKat and it's just amazing and perfect!!! I have to admit I no longer use it cause I upgraded to CM 12 and no longer need it cause I have android 5.0.2 and it comes with smart lock but if I were to downgrade back to KitKat this would be one of the first apps I'll get!!! Idk but I'd like to give the creator of this app more money a donation!!
Lollipop won't lock immediately on watch disconnect. This app does!
Worked great, had no problems and I loved it....that is until I took the Lollipop update. Now it doesnt' work anymore. So much for compatibility for Jellybean and above. If you're running Jellybean, I would recommend it, but if you update it ceases to work. Don't waste your money if you're going to get Lollipop, or plan up updating in the future.
How do I use this with lollipop ?
Sometime it works and sometime it doesn't. Even when I enter the correct password it doesn't recognize it.
Works great on my S4 a small price to pay not to have to unlock my phone every two minutes.
Quit working after Lollipop update. HTC One M8.
Works on Galaxy Note 2 and Sony Smart watch 3
It would be great if you could implement a toggle on the watch to allow/disallow automatic access, too.
LG G3 and a G Watch R, and the phone locks up normally. The install for the app went fine, so I don't know what the issue is.

Not anymore. Please update or refund money
This worked somewhat, but it became unnecessary when I got the lollipop update which offer smartlock. Oh well, at least it was only $1.99 :D
Awesome
Don't know if it is me being stupid or the app just doesn't work. I have HTC One M7 and Samsung Gear Live with the latest Android Wear. I was expecting that while I am wearing the watch my phone would not locked up. I thought the screen would blank to conserve power but no locked up. Doesn't work for me like that. The phone locks up just as it always did and I have to type in a long password that my company makes me put on the device.
I launch a phone app from my LG G Watch R on my LG G3 and the phone does not unlock. I have the PW in correctly but the phone does not unlock. It may be because I have a third party administrator on my phone for work but I did not see that in the disclaimers...
When I have been out of Bluetooth range and I need to put my password in it doesn't always recognise it however many times I put the correct password in. I have to wait for the Bluetooth to reconnect again before I can access my phone which seems to take a longer time than normal. I have given it 3 stars in the hope that this can be fixed but don't feel this app is to be relied on presently. Lg g2 - Motorola 360
This app appears to be buggy with software that's been released since the last patch. No longer does the phone lock/unlock when the devices unpair and repair as advertised. The device WILL lock once unpair, but will not unlock when repaired - kinda defeating the purpose. RIP my $1.50 - as unfortunately I purchased it today.
Works great most of the time but at times does not unlock the phone even though Bluetooth is on and wear is connected to phone. Like other people mentioned, it sometimes does not accept the password and I had to reset my phone to use it
Works as described on my Moto X. Phone and watch get out of range, or Bluetooth goes off, and the phone's lock screen engages. Watch comes in range with Bluetooth on, and lock screen disengages. Very nice.
It will lock my phone when out of range, but doesn't unlock it. Also the PIN doesn't seem to be supported - only password it seems. Phone: Xperia Z1 4.4
Worked very well until lollipop update on my htc one m8, now it doesn't work at all. Need a fix for lollipop.
It will lock the screen when I unpair my watch, but when it re-pairs and connects the screen doesn't unlock without me entering a password.
Not using it anymore because of update to Lollipop, but before I used constantly.
Won't accept the password. Bluetooth is off, so now locked out of my phone.
Seems to work fine most of the time, but randomly several times a day will lose Bluetooth and lock the phone even while the phone is right next to the watch and will not accept the passcode. I have to wait till Bluetooth is reestablish to get into my phone, after that it will take my passcode fine again for a while.
Doesn't play well with Stock Encrypted 4.4.4. App crashes even after it sets the PIN to empty. Un-encrypted is fine. Same happens on CyanogenMod and SlimKat. However, with Paranoid Android, Encrypted and Un-encrypted, the app works flawlessly, changing the PIN screen to the slider and back. Makes me question the security of Paranoid Android when encryption is used.
Working very well so far, no more getting Fraped when leaving the phone behind.
I am running the final lollipop preview and I have the trusted devices now which is awesome, however it seems to lack the instant lock on the preview at least... Anyways wondering if you could offer the option to turn off the screen and not set a pass/pin because the trusted devices thing works awesome with encryption the way it is. Thanks!
Only have a password option and no pin option.Tried putting in pin at the password prompt and no luck. Stock s5 with no rooting or encryption.
How much does this impact the phone's battery life? I like what it does, but seems to drain my battery more. True?
I need a "lock now" button, can do it ? thanks
Great app! Both of my requests were fulfilled. You're an awesome dev, and thank you!
Not only it doesn't work (LG watch + Samsung S5) but it changes the locking mechanism from PIN to password
Few things I would like to see. First pattern support if possible would be great. Seccond I would like to see you be able to lock your phone from your watch. Great app otherwise does exactly what it says it does.
