When I enable stealth mode, I can't enter the app unless I uninstall and reinstall. I know the code to call and bring it up, but it never works. It'll show me a blue screen for a fraction of a second prior to shutting down and kicking me out. It's a good app otherwise, but I find stealth mode very important, thus the low rating. EDIT: The issue is fixed now and I have updated my rating to 5 stars.

No fingerprint support. No device admin which means this app can't protect itself from being removed, which will leave all your apps and personal data exposed. Stealth mode is bogus. No timely updates. No customer value. Not worth the time and money.

Free version was working great. So I paid for the pro version. The pro version has not worked since it was installed on my phone. After pattern to unlock, it just returns me to my main screen of my phone. Update: the recommendation from the developer to uninstall both products and reinstall only the pro version, did indeed work! The only problem is that it did not pick up any of the information that I had already entered in the free version. I copied the info but it did not recognize it. :(

I have both the Advanced and Pro versions. Should I delete the original and use the Pro version only? When I log in, I can only use the app for about a minute before it closes by itself. Also, when in Messenger, Folder Lock pops up and asks me to log in, however I haven't set up or logged into any of my social media apps in the social media section of Folder Lock. I see the awesome reviews this app has, please help me figure out what I'm doing wrong. My problems are apparently caused by user error.

If trying to use stealth mode it worked for about 3 days then when entering the code program would crash and not let me in. Seems to be OK when not using stealth mode. Should have listen to the reviews before buying. Seen where they blamed it on others saying that it must be their device as they havn t had any problems from others. Must not be reading all reviews. I have the exact same problem with this as several others.

I have been a user from desktop different versions since 2009 and never had a problem . However with the mobile version I have realised that after a while all apps I have locked are unlocked. When rebooting the mobile it will be locked again. For me a locked app has to stay 100% locked all the time without any bugs. If I can't trust the app , why have it. Can I get a refund please ? . Update . Have uninstalled and reinstalled and other options. Waste of time and money. Not recommended

I can access my protected applications without password once i lock and unlock the screen. I think it fails to run in background and terminates if the screen is off. when contacted support they are simply asking details...details...details. Actually i have submitted crash report also.

Worst app. Worst are the executives answering the queries. I have sent a simple mail 4 times asking them to help me restore my data. But always I get a answer on a different subject. So hopeless people. Why dont you ppl just close the app and stop fooling people and robbing them of their money? I had asked a simple question who to restore my data? The data is not restoring. And cannot view my important saved details. I am getting all different answers but not the answer to the question asked. Its really really frustrating.
