Would be 5 stars if it had a toggle for the ticking, and unique sounds per action (starting to breathe in, starting to hold, starting to exhale) so you can tell what step your on without looking.

Hi.. Is it possible to stop ticking sound that comes between intervals..

Annoying sounds...

... as you can't save anything without purchasing premium first (!). This a very bad policy esp. as its effectiveness cannot be tested. Very disappointed as I really need to find a fully customizable breathing meditation app to help with breathing challenges. Uninstalling, regrettably, even though this one looked promising.

The bell was confusing to the practice and actually made me anxious. Use sound that is more peaceful. A metronome maybe, but get rid of that bell. The other option is silent. I like to breathe with my eyes closed, and if the app is silent, it's not very useful.

Better you be honest to say it pranayam

Simple, yet effective. Well done!
