جمعية إعمار للتنمية والتطوير الاقتصادي هي جمعية غير حكومية، مسجلة لغير أهداف الربح. تقوم الجمعية على نشر الوعي الاقتصادي بين أبناء المجتمع العربي في الداخل الفلسطيني من خلال برامج وأنشطة متنوعة، منطلقة من أهمية التنمية والتطوير الاقتصادي للنهوض بهذا المجتمع المستضعف الذي يعاني من سياسات حكومية ظالمة.
نظرا للظروف الاقتصادية الصعبة والمعقدة التي يعيشها المجتمع في الداخل الفلسطيني، ونظرا لقلة الهيئات والأجسام التي تهتم بالجانب الاقتصادي, ارتأت جمعية إعمار للتنمية والتطوير الاقتصادي أن تعنى بجميع المركبات الاقتصادية للمجتمع, منتجين ومستهلكين وعمال ومبادرين ورجال أعمال ومستثمرين،
وبالمستويين الجزئي - الوحدة الاقتصادية الواحدة، والكلي – على صعيد المجتمع الفلسطيني في الداخل. Emaar Association for Development and Economic Development is a non-governmental association, registered as a non-profit targets. The Society to spread economic awareness among the people of the Arab community in the Palestinian territories through a variety of programs and activities, flying the importance of development and economic development for the advancement of the underdog in this society, which is suffering from an unjust government policies.
