Any attempt at scrolling on my phone was next to impossible. After MANY attempts, i was some how able to type my information(this was after sliding and immediately pushing for the text box). Horrible app.

Absolute garbage. The amateur dev that wrote this non-functional trash-heap couldn't even get a function as simple as scrolling to work. Poorly built to the point that it is literally not useable.

Was this app even tested? Please, don't just go with the lowest bidder to develop your app if your dealing with people's dwellings and money.

Unable to scroll within the app so it is not usable until it is fixed. Noticed issue after Android 6.0. Currently on 7.0.

We already have an online account with a username and password but it won't let me sign in. I can't even setup another login because the screen will not scroll for me to fill in my information on the forms. I've had better luck not getting mess on my hands using wet cheap toilet paper in a truck stop bathroom than I have had using this app.

Too many problems to state here. Suffice it to say, you can't do anything useful in this app. You can't scroll, so it doesn't allow you to pay. Sign in is hit or miss. Don't try to let them know about these bugs, they'll just tell you to use the website and they're working on it. I don't think they're working on it.

I am able to install but once I log in, it freezes. Every time. You have at least consistency going for you.

I had no problems with this app in the past but for the last 3 weeks i am unable to get past the login page

App is pretty much useless, do not download.

Aside from the ridiculous fee to submit a payment, this app is absolutely useless...can't scroll down to enter my payment information.

It's useless. You'd think the creators would fix it by now. Guess not...

Second time paying through site and payment doesn't go through now I have to pay late fees

This is the most unstable and poorly developed app I have ever used! I have tested it on multiple devices, including 7 smart phones and 3 tablets, all ending with the same horrible results. This company and the developers should be ashamed of themselves for creating and releasing such a monstrosity!

The app doesn't allow you to scroll through forms, so attempting anything on a phone screen is an exercise in futility. On top of that, signing up (and getting a confirmation) in the app doesn't let you login to the site, and vice versa. As a developer, if I produced and released this level of crap, I'd need a new career. These people should be ashamed.

I have no idea how this is even consider as a viable option for paying rent, the app is broken really broken, when I click make a payment wich sometimes pops up, it just sits there and loads and if you try to back out to do something while it is loading it logs you out and all progress is forfeited

Save time and use the Web version - the app is useless.

All it does is logged me out every time I log in. Fix your application! How is it you have 110 bad reviews and 6 good reviews and you still haven't fixed your app? What the hell?

Can anyone explain how to pay rent or any other charges on this app? Thanks!!

Terrible, nothing works

I have been a loyal Resident of The Reserve At Clearwater Apts, in Clearwater, FL, since 2010. Yet, for the first year, I had to drive to the Leasing Office to pay my rent. I had to call the Leasing Office for a maintenance issue. With this App, the convenience of taking care of all needs from my Android smartphone is mine. Thank you My Resident Network.

Easy to use and easy to maneuver in the app. Perfect for its use.

Verified my credentials by logging into the website, but this app can't find my account for some reason. Unusable.
