MyLifeOrganized: To-Do List for Android
Is the best application to get your stuff organized, I'm a follower of GTD method and this tool worth the price to maintain your life in order.
If you want a task management program with lots of features, including desktop sync, mlo is the way to go.
Very good tool for organizing projects
Hands down the best PIM available.
I would like to be improved
the best gtd app for me
Sheeesh... I have searched hi & low for some organization apps to make heads or tails of my life and finally found this one... It only takes one. The RIGHT ONE that is lol Thank you, Respectfully, Darlene Torres.
If you just install this app and start using it as a to-do organizer, it is very easy and simple to do. However, you should really take the time to read through the documentation and understand all of the features to full customize your experience. I had been using MLO for months before taking the time to read about all of its true capabilities, and wish I had done so earlier! Cross-platform, multi-device cloud sync is superb. This is a great tool and has really helped me improve my organizational habits!
To do apps do not come any better. The flexibility from simple task follower to fully featured project management is unparalelled. The best GTD app. Really a professional application - there is nothing else that comes close at this time. Syncing between platforms and devices is excellent. The Windows app is particularly fully featured. The level of branches and customisable filtering is so needed one wonders why there aren't more of these type of apps.
That's how you manage to-do list the pro way! I'm in love with it. Tow things to improve i have in mind: 1. It's impossible to open the quick menu while task title is in editing mode. 2. I would like to view calendar in month resolution.
Great app with more features that can prioritize tasks with good algorithm. But the interface is not user friendly, it confuses. Please change it so that even a novice user can use it. Also I am not able to set another location that I am currently now in context. Thanks for the app and for the effort and brain behind this.
The software is easy to install and very intuitive to use. As a Mac user, however, I wish there was an easy way to synchronize with my desktop and my professional calendar. I find the ability to know what tasks are due today difficult to sort out on first glance. It would be nice to be able to properly synchronize between my Mac, my phone, and our server .
I don't think I've ever seen to do app that had so many functions. For me it's complicated and still getting used to menus and all that after using another app for a while. Would love to be able to attach audio recordings to tasks and/or maybe pi three. Thank you for such great product.
The interface is not well thought out. Complicated and redundant. The lack of customized reminders on the mobile platform vs desktop is NOT acceptable if paying a premium price for the app already. Inability to set recurring from date completed. Inability to set every 1st Monday of the monthly. Shouldn't have to pay for two separate apps to get complete functionality. Should be a set price for desktop and android access. I appreciate the effort but needs a lot of work before I would reconsider buying.
This app gets better and better, and is the most comprehensive to-do list system out there. Version 2, with drag and drop, was a big improvement, and more features have been added since. There is a limit of 10 files per cloud account.
MLO in android is a my go to task manager. I am a long time user of the windows version. Cloud sync option helps me a lot. Would love Mlo to be a part of zapier or Tasker. Waiting for it the feature and also integration with calendar will be added bonus.
Good apps. This apps help me a lot to improve the productivity of my daily life which i'm always procrastinate my work if didn task. This apps help me a lot. I i hope tha't have the to do list.I really appreciate if the apps will have the statistic features for more visualize.tq????
Good syncing with desktop app. UI is pretty good. A big fan of MLO in general. Best task management solution I have found by far. Main drawback is customer support options are somewhat limited, but good enough.
I have tried several GTD applications and always seem to find myself coming back to this one. It took me a little bit to get things set up and dump my brain into it, however now it is amazingly simple. Andrea K.
MLO isn't for people who just need a simple to-do list so they remember to take out the trash before the garbage men come. It's capable of real PM with subtasks, dependencies and so much more. My only gripe is that to sync more than 2 devices, you are forced to get a paid cloud sync sub, which is reasonably priced at least. I don't trust any cloud that's out of my reach, as most clouds are.
Fantastic; for best results combine with desktop version. Gone from reactive chaos to proactive preparation - a stitch in time as they say. Massively flexible, start off with simple system then add in the bits you need as you work out your personal use cases
I just started to use this app and so far so good.. I will used to track my projects for the rest of the year. What I like more is the compatibility, I can use it with my Android phone, iPad and Windows laptop, I still need to check all the options.
This enhancement I like. The windows version was good, the phone/tablet version not so much, but now it is!. Update sept 2017: I use this as my cockpit-app for my planning and monitoring, much to my satisfaction! It has quite a learning curve due to its numerous possibilities, but it has a strong user community helping you discover all tricks!
I know My life organized for many years, from the times they had a version for non touch screen smartphones. I always been curious for the mlo new features as productivity geek. MLO is a professional app that really helps to get organized, with full of features and most important - stable and reliable. Very very recommended!
MLO is currently the most reliable, stable, and feature-rich GTD task manager on the market. I used the paid versions of all major competitors, and while some of them are pretty good, I gladly came back to MLO.
Full featured task/project app when paired with the desktop client using sync. The app itself is elegant and way to use for general task management and offers a lot of flexibility. Really looking forward to the stats feature of the app. Wish the desktop client had something similar along with a calendar view.
I really love this app but the inability to sync is a real disaster. Both WiFi and cloud don't work on any device remotely locked down which is a shame for one that could work as a portable app on pc
After piddling around with MLO2 for a few months on my Android phone ... I finally got it ... this "To Do App" thinks the same way I do! Like other reviewers, I jumped right in without taking time to read the excellent Help available on the website. I also ignored the Profile Templates which I now find to be the perfect way to learn MLO2. Now, I'm anxious to get MLO set up on my PC and synch in the cloud! I'll update my review once I've spent some time on the PC version. Stay tuned!
It's a decent app, but I really wish I could add photos under the tasks, such as for when I write something down on paper and need to refer to it when I'm completing the task. Maybe that's part of the paid version? But it is easy to use and clear.
I tried at least a dozen GTD apps to help me manage the mountain of responsibilities in a modern life, from my work, to my marriage, to being a dad, and all the extra stuff that fills the space in between. MLO is so far ahead of the others, it's in a different class altogether.
So far so good, will update review when I have used it for a month. First impressions are that this is a very powerful tool that, if leveraged correctly, can be of great use. I can be a bit difficult to use and set up though.
Multi select could be more useful. Actuality Multi select can only copy & paste. What about selecting several tasks and change their properties (for example , the Context value) in one go. This would save a lot of time. As Multi select is a new feature, I guess new functions will be supported by it in the future.
Very robust app. Love the project lists, which is why I needed it, and great feature of finind tasks nearby. Saves a ton of time when running errands.
I LOVE MLO 2! Well done!
Comes with an awesome widget
I'm just new user. What I just noticed: Plus: flexibility, task hierarchy Minus: not all features described in pdf manual. For example, "lock period". Also, could not find how to integrate MLO with desktop and mobile calendsrs. So, difficult to got product's idea fast to start using it. Task Documents is very needed: as attachments or smooth Evernote integratiov. I wish you success in mlo improvement.
I've really invested into this app. I got the whole package, mobile app, Windows app, cloud sync, the works. Of course, it is hardly worth using it any other way. Personally, although expensive, I think the pricing model makes sense if you intend to keep it. I bought it for its flexibility and customizability. It does deliver, however it has its idiosyncrasies so expect to invest quite a bit of time and effort before you really make it your own. What I'd really like to see added would be a Kanban board view.
There seems to be a ton of features. Im a bit overwhelmed but it seems straightforward and easy to use or in my case figure out. Im a professional writer with a handful of clients and numerous deadlines. I would like to use the mobile app and desktop manager to be more productive. I really like that I can set persistent notifications for tasks. That's what attracted me to the program in the first place. Im looking forward to seeing how much more I can do with MLO and hopefully make my business better. Any tutorials?
Although I'm just now trying out this app, I have to say it's great! I'd like a way to clear my finished tasks, however, but it's nice that they're grayed out. This so it's the closest to GTD that I've found, but I only need the app version. With a high price tag we'll see if I buy the full version.

Do *NOT* buy this app if you want to sync between devices. You have to be a Windows user (gross), and it will only sync between a Windows computer and a single android device. Or else they make you buy their garbage cloud service on top of the cost of the app. Cloud is highly insecure, so kiss your privacy goodbye... and your money, for that matter....
