I think Kala is an amazing tuner, but I would like to have maybe the way of learn to play maybe the full songs. I know we have to pay for it. But the app is very complete and helped me to learn chords since I bought my ukulele.

This app is awesome. From someone who has never played guitar and or uke, this app has helped me pick up a new hobby. As a beginner there are plenty of songs to learn. Also from the looks of it I can advance quite a bit as my skills improve. It has been a bunch of fun so far.

I like most of the functions but it loads extremely slow. And I can't figure out which tunes are free and which you have to buy with a subscription. It seems like anything modern requires a memership. But I think there are enough free ones to keep me busy and to see if I'll have enough interest and talent to go to a subscription.

So I'm at the white house of music.. looking for uke parts to fix my dad's uke.. and I see this makala uke.. and have to have it so I get it. Best buy ever.. now I'm like well I need to be able to tune. And Bam great tuner. And it taught me some stuff lucky day in deed

It's a good app. Well put together and easy to play with but it is SLOW. slow to load the app and slow to load songs and sometimes I am press g play 6 times before the song plays (it keeps on resetting each time I press).
