WiFi/Data Auto Off

The latest android update, lollipop, has caused all auto wifi/data toggle apps to be inoperable. I've tried several apps since the update on 2/10/15. I like how this app is so simple, and I would also like an "immediately off/on" option, but unfortunately, it doesn't work.

Data is On and WIFI is off when screen is off. I want both option on and off when screen goes off /On. Not work for me.

I've had this for a couple of years. It used to be good but now it only turns off wifi not data, meaning I end up accidentally using up my data when I'm at home with wifi available. This happened for two months in a row before I finally realised it was because of this app. Deleting now.

It doesn't work for me It doesn't turn off my mobile data.

Does what it says but would like to see options such as independent selection of Wi-Fi or mobile data and also if it can auto turn on when screen becomes active. Then it will be a perfect 5-star app!

Actually disables Data and WiFi after 1 minute (fastest setting) when screen goes off but turning them back on needs to be done manually. Ain't nobody got time for that

Does the job. It's a bit basic though. "Screen Off WiFi Off" offers more features in terms of setting when you would like the screen to go off, etc.

but you don't want me back anymore. I only realized this when I started wondering when the data signal would kick in. Oh well, now that I'm here, I might as well hang on to your app as it works and I like its small, half-size. . And I hope you'll feel so guilty with my 5-star rating (because I like it and I'm still using it). Just a request to warn would be users of your app that your app is a One-Way Ticket so don't wait for a return signal.

this app fulfilled my necessity. because in night i fell asleep and data was on overnight. so it helped me

Many thanks to the developer. This app is useful for saving battery life. The timeout setting can also be used to automatically turn off internet radio when you fall asleep. Would be better if the timeout could be set at more than 30 minutes.

Loved this app on my old phone but now on my moto g with android lollipop it doesn't seem to work :( hoping that it will get updated soon and I can continue to use it, as it's very useful :)

Saved me a small fortune in data roaming charges as I always forget to switch it off once using the internet, a must have in your mobile arsenal.

I have the timeout set to 3 minutes but wifi still comes on when I turn on my smartphone.

Get 23hours battery time now with heavy usage.. Can you update so it auto enables when screen switched on.. Disabled for now till this update implemented.

Lovedfor ages but no mob data off NOMORE!? so wifi off den data stil on gues timeto go..

I disable it and it still turns my network and wifi connections off on its own. It's really frustrating and I hope that you guys can update so it works like it did before.

It can't turn off the mobile data for S4 Active having Lollipop

Just wish it had the option to turn the data back on when screen is live.

Only one suggestion would be to add periodic connections so the phone can sync.

I find that the app can be useless in certain situations. I believe that because, I will pick up my phone and my wifi has been turned on. App does a good job at turning wifi off, no problems there. The app does what promises. As far as finding my wifi turned on occasionally it is in all likelihood that with all of the unnecessary permissions that one agrees to before downloading an app. It remains a mystery to me why some apps need so much access to your phones information.

Nice but Please give more idle time. Up to 2 hrs. There should be different idle time for WiFi and data connection. Option for choose automatically connect wifi or data connection after screen wake up.

After upgrades from KitKat to lollipop, this app is not functioning. Showing the notification that data is off but still the data is in ON condition. Pls correct it.

Conbection should not be auto off while display is off due to Proximity sensor during skype or other voip calling. Please fixed this. It will make it a great app if there are both options to auto connect and disconnect separately. Auto connect should be at unlocking the display.

Developer said in description 'network' will be disabled. I hope you want to say 'data Packets' and wifi connection......not the mobile network :) hey! But this app doesn't enable the service back when screen is on again...it will be better if you add that feature also and will be a very good app then... :((

Excellent. Its has all I need to put of my data atomically especially when I forget to put it of myself.

Hello, In my previous review (below) I gave five star, but when I updated my system to Lollipop I noticed that the application can't switch off the data when the screen is off (but it is still working good for WiFi), I really appreciate if you could solve that soon, Thank you. >> The previous review, on Android Kitkat

It works very well. Saves me the inconvenience of manually turning off data at all time

Sad thing is it now won't work on my gionee ctrl v4s whereas it used to work perfectly on my huawei ascend g610.

Works just how it should. Disables wifi/data when screen off or selectable timeout. 5 stars. Please consider adding bluetooth off support. Thanks

Very small footprint. Saves battery. Simplicity...

App works as advertised. I can actually not worry about my battery dying before noon and I don't have to constantly check to make sure data is turned off or if it's plugged in. My battery lasts all day now and the only thing I have to do is shut the screen off. The app turns off my data connections after a minute. I recommend this app to anyone who struggles with short battery life.

I wanted an app to save mobile data by only turning on mobile data when the screen is on. This app only turns data off and it turns off wifi too, so not quite optimal.

I will give 5 stars if u add an option to auto re enable the wifi when unlocking and the screen is back to on....this is half app.

It turns off data usage automatically but does not turn it back on when my phone is off idle. I have to do it manually

Great power saver...I no longer have to remember to turn wireless off!

I ran my battery down deer hunting faster than usual when I forgot to shut wifi off. Now it also data will not be an issue, this works perfect!
