Computer ↔ SMS Text Messaging

I have used Mightytext and MySMS and so far MobiTexter is superior in performance. My biggest complaint with the others was the delay in delivery of the message. The appeal for SMS is that messages are instant. If the app doesn't provide instant delivery then it is a deal breaker for me. MobiTexter out-peforms the other two in this area.

I have tried all of the messaging apps and I mean all of them believe me this one is the best, this app has features that mightytext pro version doesn't have like FNAME merge tag and the ability to delete multiple conversations. It won't upload all your fotos, videos and annoy you with sparkly useless addons but it will schedule messages and do useful tasks like send to groups and sync your contacts. It doesn't have a template maker but the workaround is simply to find your last sent message and forward it. The cost from what I can make out is $2.99 per 6 months for use of the web app but haven't been charged yet so can't give a definitive answer.

When i first installed it, it was great but for the last few days it stop syncing from my phone. Not sure if there's a bug or it needs some updates. Pls fix it. Thanks

Don't normally rate apps, but Mobitexter deserves praise. Great for slow texters like me - wonderful to be able to bang out texts in an instant on a full-sized keyboard. The Chrome extension means you don't even need to check your phone! I've been using it since it first appeared on Play and wouldn't be without it.

Exactly what I was looking for - was even surprised by the fast response to a support question - The blue dot is other MT users not an unread notification :P

its a nice app. does what i need it to. but for some reason it wont show the pictures i get in text messages. shows like someone never sent me a pic either from the app on my phone or on the desktop app. kinda part of the whole text messaging experience. i have to look on my phone to see the pic. defeats the purpose of texting from my computers if i message MMS messages. fix please

can't get the damn thing to work. it's installed on laptop AND android phone, and it works fine on phone but not on laptop

It's a good basic app, but you can't send pictures. At least I haven't found a way to do it.

I thought maybe by installing their app i could delete multiple items at once. But NOOOOOO. I can't even directly delete a single item without opening it first. What a joke!

I have tried a few other apps like this one, some want payment after sending x amount of text some want payment up front some don't have features like emotions etc, so finding this app is great and it is working and very well

It's almost there but the lack of functionality to send attchements such as photos or documents just makes it average when compared to MySms.

I hate typing from my phone. Using the keyboard for sms is awesome.

I have the paid version. Messages do not sync or send. Unusable and unstable. No response from customer support once I paid.

Fantastic app! It even schedules sms messages. I'll upgrade this review to 5 stars if I can use multiple gmail accounts!

this is an excellent program I really love using this program but I really would love if this program could that be international texting to text worldwide alone with pictures and video. Will be really incredible if the makers of this program could do that but I recommend everybody this program this is a really good program

Great tool to help me send bulk text messages easily from my phone. Love the integration with gmail groups. Also love the functionality to see all that is going on my SMS from my computer desktop. Frequently send SMS from my laptop through MT. Love seeing record of this traffic on my phone as well! Great tool!

FALSE ADV. Just a minute ago downloaded to phone and chrome (never used this before) and it just says "expired, must pay to use ($3)" Really????? Just ask for payment to begin with develope - pretty shady and cant trust if you cant come clean at the start. I would have paid if I liked it. But I dont even know how this works because I didnt even get to try it.

Exactly what I was looking for. You can send and receive text in your computer with the Chrome extension and you can see how the messages immediately synchronize with your phone. Perfect!

FALSE ADVERTISEMENT- Description says yearly fee of $1 but when I tried to use premium service, I'm being charged $2.99. UI is not good looking (IMO). I prefer modern/ minimalist UI. No option to change quicktext/ template.

The app is great I use it almost every day to send out the weather to my fraternity and it's great but if I open too many apps or if I scheduled a message through the main messenger app too it will not send in the morning but if you guys worked on debugging a few things this could easily replace my default messaging app!

I find this app very useful, especially since I'm at a PC most of day so being able to reply to text right there is great. So far only thing I would like is for it to mark my messages as read on device, other than that so far so good..

its really nice app but i dont have my contacts image showing . can anyone tell me if you can because i cant find out to set to show my contacts image pic. other than that it PERFECT

Looks fine, but unfortunately it does not support dual-sim, which I am using. Means uninstall.

I don't know what to say... but if this app connects to my phone via wifi for example and send sms from the device is ok. If not... the bill will be HUGE!

The MT app doesn't even show up in Google play store for my tablet. Is this a parody app? Your description states app works with PC and other Android devices.

It stops syncing messages to the laptop and the only way to get it to start again is to reinstall. I contacted them. They did something. Worked for a while then stopped again with the same symptoms

This is a App for business people, who can keep this open in their laptop all the time. While they are in office, they can send sms frequently and easily without looking at cell phone and their tiny key strokes. No mistakes, No Auto correct, for the foreign names, sometimes makes it look ugly on cell phones. I really love it and enjoying it. Removed my lots of problems. I have a driving school and dealing with lots of teenagers. Guys it helps, will recommend it thousand times.

You cannot pay through Google account, or Pay Pal. The subscription request comes from unprotected page. At least, so it seems. No good.

This app requires access to everything and srill need to collect info and send to some back server...to do what... Yall nees to stop requesting pple private info cuz we dnt kno ten years from now where it will be.

Ive used MightyText and mysms for desktop texting.. This one is nice, the desktop screen is kinda busy but u get use to. Highly recommended it if u text alot at work like I do..

Absolutely a must have if you rely on the ability to text from your PC. Mobitexter will also work with my other SMS services too. Thanks for all you do! :)

I have been using MobiTexter for a few weeks now and it has not let me down! It does what it says it can do. I would like the ability to see and manage the list scheduled texts from the Chrome extension.
