Simply could not register the app just repeatedly stopped and failed

Works. Four stars because I can not copy/paste my password.

H70%
by H####:

Nearly always works. Does forget the password after a month or so, but it's probably a security feature. I probably would like to have more granular settings for timers, or smart on/off settings at home when the weather changes drastically, and IFTTT connectivity, but it would be difficult to figure out. The only issue is that I just have to remind myself to put wifi on the other AC units, it is brilliantly convenient to check the temperature when away from home, or setup heat/cool programs before waking up or coming home.

N70%
by N####:

Application is crude, limited functionality and often does not work so no confidence that it is controlling the unit. Only supports wifi connectivity by WPS which is hopeless if you have a more sophisticated wifi setup, no opportunity to change the wifi settings manually either. Overall a huge dissapointment when spending this sort of money on a ducted system ... only matched by Mitsubishi support which was equally woeful and very rude! Shame on you Mitsubishi for putting such a poor product in the public domain, wish i'd gone Fujitsu.

Works but forgets password sometimes. Latest update wants to know my location and what else is connected to wifi network, why?

Works well, will be 5 stars if it remembers my password!

Turn the air con an hour before I get home from work. Farking amazing

Great application - the rules functionality is great, I just would like to see more rules. Could you please add an additional rule - if room temperature is reached power off unit.

N70%
by N####:

First this starts with having put custom access point just for very insecure lazy WPS integration, then once logged in no options to use the advance features of heat pump I paid for, then the primitive IR remote is in lar lar land no idea what the heat pumps doing. And no update to the app for a year. And it seems the app is down right now claiming have no internet. BDT - your the bottom end of any person to machine intergration I've seen for years. Fail in all counts in my mind not thinking about end user at all.

With the Android App, it seems to be hit n miss on whether the commands are actually sent to the server, sometimes you get the red bar going across the top of the screen which means the command has been sent, other times you get nothing, no matter how many times you select a command. I installed the iOS version of the app on iPod device and the commands seems to work 100% of the time and you get the red bar moving across the top of the screen confirming the commands are being sent.

I was cautious when they said my ducted multi zone heat pump system "had a Wifi option", but wow! Pairing the unit with my router worked first time and has been solid. The app is really well thought out and easy to use. Keep up the good work.

2016-02-23 What a pain, I'm out and I have to login AGAIN. WHY? I don't have my password with me so no pre-cooling; that is the point isn't it?!? 2016-01-28; CRIKEY! Still not listening to the comments & suggestions so lose a point. 2015-xx-xx; Want to be able to set more than temperature when setting a timer rule, ie want to set fan settings. Can you please update the app to allow setting 16°C in heating mode with wifi remote? Currently can set 16 with IR remote but only down tp 17 with wifi remote. Also o

Functions well enough, but lacks a few extra features that justify the high cost of the wifi units. The back-button functionality isn't working properly after going in to various menus and ends up cycling between screens instead of just going back to the home/control page. A method to set a rule for "24 hours" would be nice, rather than 12am to 12am which I'm not sure is even working. I'm not sure this functionality would even be available in hardware, but I'd be willing to pay to be able to see energy usage (like the Panasonic). We just spent $20K NZD on two ducted systems so I'd love to see how efficient I can tune the system while still maintaining temperature. I'd also like to see a "boost" feature where I can set the temperature with max fan speed, then have the fan drop to minimum after X minutes or when a temperature set point is reached. I know the ducted systems don't have this like the high-walls, but it would be a close approximate.

The app controls are fine, however anytime my modem is disconnected from power i.e. to change power point, conserve energy etc., the system in the roof needs to be resynced with the modem in order for the app to work - which means a callout to someone; what a waste of time. How stupid and incredibly poorly thought out. This is seriously a joke.

Works really well and easy to set up. I just don't see why you need my email address, name, address, phone number and gender in order for me to use this app. Seems like just another opportunity for marketing - if I get unwanted spam emails as a result of registering, I will be lowering the rating.

Want to be able to set more than temperature when setting a timer rule, ie want to set fan settings. Can you please update the app to allow setting 16°C in heating mode with wifi remote? Currently can set 16 with IR remote but only down tp 17 with wifi remote. Also our heatpump keeps going reverse cycle around 1°C, which means it can't possibly deliver the "full rated output all the way down to -15°C" because 1°C is included in that range and it just doesn't! I just bought two Mitsubishi heat pumps and paid extra for the WiFi features. My partner can install the app on her phone and it works fine. I, however, cannot. I first started using my Google play account in the UK, which make it impossible to install the App because it will only install from a New Zealand Regionalised account. Also the Japanese and Italian students that live in my house are also out of luck for the same reason. So only 1 person out of the four people in the house are able to have WiFi control. Please BDT, consider de-regionalising this app and make it available globally. The NZ restriction is unnecessary and means that it is simply unusable for 3/4 people in my household. Simple request?

I have two new deluxe fh series heat pumps but unfortunatley the app doesnt have half the features that the deluxe fh heat pumps have, will rate higher once this is sorted.

Any chance we can get additional features programmed into the rules such as the fan speed? Would love to be able to set a rule to turn on and heat but only at the lowest fan speed. Also, why is the maximum "heat to" temperature only 20°???

The best aircon wifi control. It is two way Wifi so aircon unit communicates back to the wifi system. No other brand has two way. Therefore can do things like maintain set room temps (without heatpump/ac being on all the time) and easily set up rules like programmable timing. Also a big plus is multiple unit control. This essentially makes it a central controller for many units. You sure can tell its been manufacturer developed and has local back-up and support. You must of course have a recent mitsi heat pump and the MAC module installed.

I can get the email address in and the first password, but the keyboard covers the second password place. Ugh. Then, when I uninstall, reinstall and try to register the app does not allow me to do so. The fields for "register" are greyed out.

What I would love to see is a timer option, where I can the heatpump on, but use the app to tell it to turn off in x minutes. Also, for those who don't read their t's and c's, we are only provided a 10 year licence, not sure why it's in there as I can't see anyone using it for that long.
