Used Logten Pro for the past 3 years, but changed since I made the switch to Android. Fairly happy with MCC Pilot Logbook, but it's not as sophisticated as the Logten software. You need to spend €69 to get the complete package.

Some slight airport coding issues, but a very good app. Have sent an email explaining the issue.

Great logbook solution. I switched from logbook pro to MCCPilotlog. Everything about it is so much better. I wish I would have switched years ago. Pay for it once and be done no more subscription fees!

Really amazing logbook app. The customer service is amazing and prompt. My airline switched from Sabre to Lufthansa, and they were able to make the changes almost immediately. I would highly recommend this app.

Cant sync it, can't load my rosters. Too bad... I had hoped it was better than this.

better and better !! for day to day operation for airline pilots

I was also a log ten user but after they screwed me and countless others with their subscription model (after paying full price for the app only months before), I moved to MCC and have never looked back. Plus you arent locked into the apple eco system. I use my android phone and company iPad for data entry and sync with my windows PC. Works really well.

I've submitted to convert my previous hours on 14 July 2016 and yet till to date I haven't received any email regarding the status of my hours..

One of my friends recommended this and i believed him. Got the ENT version and realised log ten pro is alot better. Mcc doesnt let you add additional company limits, ie night duties and also it doesnt let me sync to my phone. I sent an email regarding this 2 days ago. Not replied at all. Wow. So much for my 69 euros.

Not without its bugs but customer support is very responsive to reports and suggestions, so the app and stability is improving!

Doing great. Had loads of flights with just tail number (over 9000 hours). Now app requires full registration. Why can't it accept tail number for initial entry that can be updated later?

Lastest version updated recently seems a little bit hungry on battery.Very easy to use with alot if functionality. Company sends through regular updates to fix any bugs on new version. Very proactive with any issues you may experience. I believe its best product on the market. Product maturing nicely. Keep up the top work guys!

Edited as there's no chance to add a 2nd comment or reply. Anyway, yes, I got an email from helpdesk telling me someone will eventually get in touch with me to discuss, but it never happened. Anyway, I continue to fight with the new mobile interface, because as I said, filling in the data after every flight, eventually being still in the cockpit, is such a nightmare. Tx for that "Done" button that I have to press after every insertion, an Enter or Next taking the prompter to the next field would be much...

(edited 1 Apr 16): Excellent customer support and a great mobile companion to the desktop app.

Re-rated after major update: Latest version runs great. Used to have issues with the keyboard on my tablet. MCC Support has been great trying to solve these and had clearly listened to users in developing this version. Would like to see a few more options in the future, such as getting totals by type, last 12 months etc. Right now you need the desktop version for those.

Great app. 5 stars if the app would also display or calculate flight /duty times like the PC software does!

App in constant and fast improvement, very reactive customer support. Thank you. Will be perfect soon.

Initially couldn't install, eventually fixed but feels like app is very inefficient compared to previous version. All fields entered when logging new flights must be tapped on, no 'next field' button available. Makes the whole process much more cumbersome. Samsung galaxy s5 neo

Still plenty of bugs and more time consuming to add flights with the new version. Also, have an issue with force closed during startup. Second start works.

V4 is great (now that the bugs have been ironed out) fantastic logbook!

The new app for android is really good.......would be great if it could also provide totals in real time as flights get added in the app....... Currently it only updates totals when it's synced with the pc.......

G70%
by G####:

Airline interface has plenty of bugs especially when there are time zone changes. My AIMS gives local times, it skipped a few flights and mucked up some time imports. Too many touches to enter flight that is irritating doesn't go to next field automatically. Also, just noticed it is skipping entries syncing between my laptop and home PC

T70%
by T####:

Ever since the update one bug has persisted. Whenever I enter the block times the calculation is correct but when I try to save the flight total becomes 0.1. Also the off block time changes itself. Another time a flight slightly over an hour gave 25 hours block time! Logging has become annoying because of these bugs

Tried several times to install on my Samsung Tablet and spoke to Google support for trouble shooting. We have reset my Google account to no avail MCCPILOT was working and updating until this latest release. My android phone keeps updating every few days with the same version. Not sure on the build version. Work in progress ****Update*** one thing that definitely gets a 5 star is the customer service MCCPILOT support always responds quickly even on weekends and holidays. The fix did work!

Since rebuilding the app they have fixed the bugs. App works well now. Like the new design and so far better than the old app in almost every way.
