القانون رقم 89 لسنة 1998 فى شأن المناقصات و المزايدات

قانون مهم جدا لكل من يعمل فى السوق المصرية ومع الحكومة بوجه خاص.
يجب قرائته بعناية والاحتفاظ به دائما للرجوع اليه عند الحاجة.

المادة الأولى من القانون:
يكون التعاقد على شراء المنقولات ، او على مقاولات الاعمال او النقل ، او على تلقى الخدمات و الدراسات الاستشارية و الاعمال الفنية ، عن طريق مناقصات عامة او ممارسات عامة و يصدر باتباع اى من الطريقين قرار من السلطة المختصة وفقا للظروف و طبيعة التعاقد و مع ذلك يجوز استثناء ، و بقرار مسبب من السلطة المختصة ، التعاقد باحدى الطرق الاتية
أ - المناقصة المحدودة
ب - المناقصة المحلية
ج - الممارسة المحدودة
د - الاتفاق المباشر
و لا يجوز فى اى حال تحويل المناقصة الى ممارسة عامة او ممارسة محدودة
و فى جميع الحالات يتم التعاقد فى الحدود و وفقا للشروط و القواعد و الاجراءات الواردة بهذا القانون و لائحته التنفيذية Law No. 89 of 1998 regarding the tenders and auctions

Article I of the Act:
Be contracted to buy portables, or the Contracting business or transportation, or to receive services and consultancy studies and works of art, through public tenders or general practices and issues by following any of the routes the decision of the competent authority in accordance with the conditions and the nature of the contract and with it may be exception, and reasoned decision of the competent authority, contracting in the following ways
A - Limited Tender
B - Tender local
C - Practice Ltd.
D - direct agreement
And shall not in any case the tender to transform the practice of general or limited exercise
And in all cases are contracted in the border and according to the conditions and the rules and procedures set forth by this law and its executive regulations
