I cant pay the kovers or watch any videos. Can you please fix!?

Always look forward to supporting Kiki but apparently the app is not working for a lot of us with android phones which is really disappointing I would love to see this issue fixed or my money refunded. I feel like Ive payed for much of nothing. Love u tho kierra.

When I'm trying to go to the Chat Room it always says 'Link Cannot Be Opened'. When I try to watch new Unlock My World Videos it says 'Can't Play Video'. Sometimes when I click on the App it's goes back out and says 'Unfortunately, Kierra Sheard has stopped working'.

I love it. I have an Android phone. It's not always perfect but lately everything has been working OK. There needs to be updates though, android deserves love like iPhone get also.

Great app, with lots to do, but I can't it into the chat room I have to wait until it let's me in. Also the videos won't play. But over all I love the app.❤

So far it sucks because I spent 2.99 on an app and the kovers will not play on my phone. Should have kept my money

It's always good to see another young person like Kierra living for God but still enjoying life. Amazing app!

I can't get into the chat room . It always says link cannot open. Also some of the videos won't play. I would really like all parts of the app to work so I can get the full effect. I love Ki and I enjoy the app. Just wish all parts will work. Please fix !

My download isn't working. I can't watch any kovers and I can't get on the chat room they work when they want to. So basically It's kinda useless. Can I get refund lol No seriously. I love to death Ki but this app was made for Iphone users only.

I paid 2.99 for this app and I really would like to hear the kovers and get into the chat room but I can't because it keeps saying "there was a problem while playing". Everything else I can open is great! Please fix for android listeners!

I been waiting for this app but I can't hear the covers and I can't go in the chat room someone please help. I paid for this app. I uninstalled it and redownloaded it and it still doesn't work. Help please
