Kana Draw (Hiragana Katakana)

Super great, would be nice to have roomaji pronunciation in the bottom corner instead of just in the info page to help beginners memorise the pronunciation better.

This app is perfect for learning/practicing stroke order. I think some kind of audio cue would be helpful.

Decent app but it won't rotate to landscape mode. I have my device on autorotate for the orientation but the app still won't rotate.

Using with a few other apps. Useful to have the katakana aswell as hiragana, since the others don't.

This app is very helpful get down the little nuanced motions of the kana.

Would love a section or app where I had to write kana from memory with no clues. I am set on recognizing them when I see them but still struggle to pull them straight from memory.

Shows strokes. You trace. If it's close enough, you move on. Simple, clean, and it just works. I would like some options for hearing audio of the syllable, and some ways to sort; nit then maybe it wouldn't be simple and clean anymore.

I thought the app was a bit lacking but I just had to adjust some settings. Its very good :)

Straight-forward kana instructions. I'm definitely learning more from this. I find it odd that it advances you immediately after getting a stroke wrong and trying again.

Super awesome! Very helpful app. One feature that would make it even more awesome: If the romaji letter would pop-up afterwards so you can check to make sure you know what you're drawing. Like, making it a combo kana drawing / flash-card quiz app.

I only wish hearing the characters was an option.
