HOW IT WORKS
LoL Builder spends 24 hours a day scanning through game data. It only saves ranked games played by diamond and challenger tier summoners. Using thousands of these game snapshots it determines what orders champions purchase items in, called builds. It groups these builds based on the first three items it sees completed, but keeps track of what order component parts are purchased and what items are built at the end.
WHO SHOULD USE IT?
LoL Builder is for both beginners and pros. Beginners should use LoL Builder to learn and understand new champions. Amateurs and veterans can use LoL Builder to determine how their build strategies differ from diamond and challenger players or as a quick reference for champions they don’t play often. Please see the limitations below before using this data to make decisions in ranked games.

Love this app, I would totally pay for the full PC version if it wasn't a monthly cost, the days of monthly payments for video game stuff is old news... Shame. Also app crashes when I open it 20% of the time.

For some champions it works fine and is a good app, however the majority of the champions it throws a java string converting error whenever you try and open them. If this was fixed I would be giving it a 4.5/5. Please fix!

I 1st checked this when illaoi came out and it wasn't updated along with new item changes aka ghost blade essence reaver phantom dancer never mind the new ones now poppy has been reworked and still no change yet it advertising to pay for the pro build when it can't get the basics correct

Lot of item pictures and names are missing, making the build pretty much useless. It would also be nice to be able to clink on items to see their effect.
