The app has very bad unhelpful support and it has too many bugs,, support doesn't wanna help

There's no tab for visitors. Therefore you can't invite them to chat.

It is not working on my phone because I cannot log in to my account yet my server live zilla is 6.0 and this is one of the condition for the application to work in phone

Not everyone should access the operator's login directory/page on server. Password protect this directory is a good solution for more security. This app doesn't support this method and gives unauthorized access. I will change my rating to 5 stars if this resolved.

Always get turn turned off while running in background. Nothing to do.

Agree with others that notification bar should optionally show if running. Definitely needs some notification bar action when chat is requested. Some sort of chat denial message should be able to be triggered as well. We're often more busy when we're mobile

Have phone mute so no noise is made by phone. All apps are muted except LiveZilla...still rings away...

Have used several live chat programmes, but none have as many features. App works great, but would like to have option of visitor notification sound on it.

NOT Work for " HTC One X " please solve the problem as soon as possible

Please tell me why this retrieves running apps and accesses my contacts? I'm surprised the developer didn't pig out and get GPS locations while they're at it.

The app takes 50 seconds to display the livezilla screen after login. It just show a black screen during this time. It goes to some kind of sleep state during inactivity and again takes 50 seconds of black screen to get back the interface. Chats are lost during this time.

It nvr did worked for me with 5.4x. Do you have update for 6x. Will it ever work???

Really i suggest you to remove it from google store. It doesnt work with any device i tried to install it in more than 7 different divices without any good result. Login seems great after that nothing just a white page. !!!!??!!!

Tried many times but does not login. It seems like a WebView or iframe of an external site but not an actual java or object oriented craft. :/

Works perfect, tested and very pleased. It would be great if the client joining screen would be simpler using only the name and email adress on login screen. 5+++++

When you hit the back button, apps will ask you to sign out. Background mode only can be reached by hitting the home button (it's a bad way to switch to background mode and also no notification at all when there is a new chat coming).. :(

I created server profile and logged in fine but then i get a screen with radio buttons and nothing else.. cant click anywhere and or do anything

It seems, its not working properly with my current Android 4.1.2. I am planning to buy HP Slate 7 VoiceTab, it will be great if you let me know whether it will work properly with it or not. Android 4.2.2 is pre-installed in Slate 7
