蚊子館地圖 beta 2.0

「海市蜃樓」計劃是藝術家姚瑞中，發動北藝大與師大美術系120餘名學生共同組成「失落社會檔案室」(LSD)，讓學生各自返鄉展開台灣各地「閒置公共建設」實地探查和攝影的文獻紀錄展，蒐集全台各地完全閒置、低度使用、延宕開發，以及解除列管與活化的「閒置公共建設」（俗稱「蚊子館」）案例照片及檔案。

累積至今，共記錄了全台灣 300 多處蚊子館，出成三本書：《海市蜃樓─台灣閒置公共設施抽樣踏查》1、2、3 集。第3集2013年十月剛出版。

在「 台灣關鍵研究小組」、「g0v 零時政府」與「文化元年基金會」
的共同加入合作下，
藉由駭客、工程師與社群的合作，將進一步將整個計劃數位化，
方便公民參與及監督政府的資源運用。

1.1 版 釋出第一批 36 筆資料，累積建設或維護費用在兩百億元以上。
