becasuse Megaphone V2 can be upload drawing & scribble on a picture.
not collect personal information & not device information. network connection is also need.

megaphone's roll model is 4chan.org and reddit.com.
you can write anything like small talk, political opinion, critical issue & private message under anonymous mask.
you may upload article which included unlimited your opinion, select exist topic or create new topic.
only one principle is "writing is freedom, delete also freedom."
So, your article may be delete anyone.
