This app is trying to charge me an additional $25. I paid at the restaurant.

App recognizes my login from creating my account on the website. App does not recognize the rewards card I activated online and wants me to purchase another card. Web site shows my activated card without issue. It also cannot give accurate distance to the nearest restaurant. I'm three miles from the nearest restaurant, which it found, but says I'm 142 miles away.

App does not link to online profile. I log in with the same username and password with no problem, then the app takes me to a page saying to enter credit card info to purchase my membership. Horrible app, and I'm not the only one reporting this issue.

The app will not respond. I can't do anything with it, so pretty much useless. Very sad, sounded like a great idea too. I am running on a Galaxy S6 if that helps to know to fix the app so it will work. As of right now I would give negative 5 stars if possible since it does not work at all for me.

Like most other reviewers I would give zero if I could. This app is appalling. Difficult to update the profile can't register the existing card number, just tries to sell you a new card.

Does not work. Does not allow login. Does not recognize credentials that work on the website. When I go through the "forgot password process, it says "your password has been changed," but then the app still rejects login, always reporting "invalid password." Don't waste your time.

New app made me login again...I entered my phone number & I get an error that I need to enter a "phone number that is unique"!!! What? - should I enter a random number so I can proceed to use my app??? - how about my/the phone number on already associated to my account!!!??? The new standard of incompetence & unreliability. Every update creates a new adventure to logging in. I have to wait until enough people complain & Landry's app developing "techs" make it compatible to A device other than their own!!! I expected better from a legit restaurant. They should be embarrassed with their lack of testing an app before having an update. What is the app development department getting paid for!?!?!?

I can login from a web browser just fine, but cannot login through this app. Login attempts return an 'Invalid Password' error. This error is 100% re-produceable.

Absolutely rubbish. Took money off my card then didn't register my account. Numerous emails later and I Can now log in from a desktop but the app is still asking me for the membership fee

Horrible! I tried to login last night and it said "invalid password", so I tried the "forgot password" link and it said the user didn't exist. Today the "forgot password" link works, but using the new password the app still says "invalid password". It's impossible to log in!

This app used to be easy to pull up and use but now has become very user unfriendly! You must put customer info in app and cannot put your birth date in the field without having to go one year at a time all the way back-to your birthdate! They should have a drop-down Box so you can choose the year. Also, it does not link up with the online profile which doesn't make sense. You are having customers double their efforts in trying to reach their points. Please fix!

Still doesn't work not sure what was fixed. Can't log in with this app says user email or password is not correct but it is can log in fine on website. Just not with app. App is very poor all around.

This app is terrible it's not loading my balance on the phone it takes forever to search for locations it was a hassle to set up it's just not user-friendly at all they really need to get it together and get someone who really knows how to make an app
