AcabaNerede Servisi, üyenin onayı neticesinde, acabanerede.com, Android, iPhone/iPad uygulaması üzerinden gerçekleştirdiği NEREDE / NEREDEYIM konum sorguları sonucunda, belirli bir alanı kapsayan ve sorgulanan üyenin bulunduğu konumun dolaylarındaki yaklaşık bir konum bilgisini bildirmektedir. Gelen konum bilgisi Mobil Operatörün baz istasyonu yoğunluğu veya GSM şebekesindeki o anki mevcut trafik yoğunluğu veya coğrafi şartlara bağlı olarak değişiklik gösterebilecektir
