Best Boston T (transit) app there is. Easy to use interface and you can save your regular routes as favorites.

Most reliable time tracking for buses. Other apps like Transit have led me to miss buses (and appointments) due to having to wait an extra 20 min for the next bus, but not this app. The MBTA itself may never be on schedule but this app let's me know when to actually expect them.

I moved to Boston a year ago and tried a few apps before I settled on this one. Much better than the others I tried. Simple and straightforward and does the job. Only one minor issue, when it updated this am I lost my favorites shortcuts on my screen and couldn't figure out how to get them back. I sent a quick email to the developer and received a response in under 5 minutes with simple instructions, in fact so simple I am embarrassed I had to ask! Great program and support!

It deleted bus stops terrible mbta tracker

A simple app to use. I am particularly interested in creating shortcuts for my favorite stops; it makes it easier to access them.

Losing access to this app has been the worst thing about switching to iPhone... any plans for an iOS version in the near future?

I just updated and now it only shows me the next bus that is arriving at NY "Favorite" stops. Before the update it would show me at least the next 3-4 buses that were stopping at that location.

It's great let me know when my ???? are coming in the morning. And if using the commuter Rail give a head up if they are running on time.

I have been using the earlier version of the App for quite some time and I loved it. Since the updates there were issues with real time predictions. So reinstalled. Now working just fine. Happy with this.

Only complaint would be the UI is a bit clunky. But in terms of information and accuracy, best MBTA subway/bus (particularly bus) app I have found.

This app shows all the public transportation around Boston. I have used similar apps that only has bus or train tracking. I can get rid of those and use this one. You can customize and put your favorite stops or routes. It will track real time arrivals or follow the scheduled times of the transport. I love the new update tho refresh the look. It works just as well as before.

This this hands-down the best MBTA tracking app out there. The recent graphical overhaul makes it even better. My only feedback: update the icon of your app to match the polish of the app itself!

This app is as accurate as it gets, and it updates well even if I switch internet networks.

Not Good app all the time. It's accurate on time buses and trains .

Became harder to understand inbound v. Outbound departure times while navigating through app.

Love the app, helps me know when to bring 4 year old to the station to see trains. But needs an update, Fitchburg commuter rail not working right anymore, train stations out of order and not telling estimated time of arrival for most stations.

I find it very useful. I commute all over Metro Boston and use this app to plan my trips. Nice Job, People.

This app is amazing, it's my go to app it gives up to the second notice of when your bus or train is coming absolutely great!

App is great. Love it and use it a few times each workday. Unfortunately the MBTA's own data sometimes screws up but the app is excellent.

I like it, it comes in very handy. I like the way it tells you the time of estimated arrival. I especially like that you can keep the stops you use more frequently separate from the all the stops.

Works really well given the limitations of the MBTA's data - better than any other app I've seen. Easy to understand, especially with the map view. I think the next step forward could be incorporating real-time traffic data to improve bus predictions. Often the app will claim that a bus is arriving several times when it's really just stuck in a traffic jam. Edit: not sure what changed, but the bus predictions recently became a lot more accurate!
