これはTwitter社側の制限であり、こちら側ではどうしようもないものです。
頻繁にタイムラインの更新を行うと制限の上限にすぐ到達し、タイムラインが読み込めなくなることと
予想されます。タイムラインの更新を15分に15回以内に抑えるか、ユーザーストリームをお使いください。
