Generally the app is good and have been using it for a long time. My major concern is the shopping in this current update. How can I clear up my shopping cart? Once goods selected and r in the cart......can't be removed. The idea of clicking on final submissions within the shopping cart isn't nice. Consider mind changes & need to clear up the shopping cart for different selections.

Nice App. The app is good enough to some extent but I think the developer should add the features of removing items from cart. There should be opportunity of being able to remove items from cart before checkout. Also, I will be glad if PayPal and other payment methods and cards will be enabled and accepted for payment in the next update. More so, since the company is not Naija based, currencies of other countries should be added. And pay on delivery should be enabled for non global goods Thanks.

The app is okay but d only issue am having with it is dat I have to pay online which am not convenient with. Pls can I pay on delivery?

You should have at least included that it's only for those in KENYA, UGANDA and NIGERIA. I wasted my data bundle to download this.

Kilimall is epitome of customer disservice. They don't contact you and they don't care. They simply are full of nonsense. No confirmation SMS, no emails, no nothing. They think that they do service by their mere existence on earth. Bunch of crappy people. Hate their glum attitude.

The app works. And it's good. Products are delivered untampered with. And products purchased are not fake. They are what you order. Download it and ignore all the bad reviews. I promise you won't regret!

First time of buying from them, they disappointed me, I was told my package will be delivered within 15days, but it's almost a month now, I have paid online but haven't received my package, I sent them email they said they have no record of my order, kilimall is a failure to me

They won't refund me after returning their faulty phone., This is the second money of begging for my money!!!!! Somebody help!!!
