Free Tethering Unlocker *ROOT*

Hi, i am using Sch1535 from Verizone. When i try to open this app it gives me a warning that we are not reponsible for any damage..do it in your own responsibility. So i am afraid of opening it. Is that safe to use? Plz help me i deaperatly need a tethering app as here in Pakistan verizone's services are not available and i just dont want to sell my phone for this reason.

This app works great. I've been trying to find an app just like this for a long time since I've been using my iPhone since i couldn't find it for the Android. (Pdanet) what it does makes the tethering its own app so if you check your data usage the tethering and portable hotspot app will be its own app just like any other app thus means it bypasses the tethering check. You need your device to be rooted, and that's about it. (Supersu, superuser, kinguser) I'm using a One Plus One...

Decent app. Would give a higher rating if it actually worked on my Sprint S4. It starts the tether, but is quickly disconnected and left with a "would you like to subscribe to hot spot" message.

Galaxy S5 G900A (AT&T) rooted 5.0 It doesn't work. It says it has unlocked successfully, but the native toggle will not turn on. Still says call AT&T to change my plan subscription. Nope!

I am really sorry that i have to give this 2 stars but it didnt work, i hope u pls fix this, i would be willing to pay $5.00 for this. If u fix this i would gladly give 5 stars

Confused, Does This Act As A Mobile HotSpot Or Just An Unlocker. Or Am I Just Doing Something Wrong It Says "Unlocked!" But I Cant Do Much Else

Works! Haven't got my Verizon bill yet, but as far as I can tell they do what they say it will do.

Working on rooted Samsung J320P. It helped PDAnet to run tethered to my Dell Optiplex PC. Don't have to buy a wifi pci card or dongle now! Thanks again!

I did something like this before with a custom kernel for a galaxy s2 through straight talk unfortunately this doesnt appear to work with my samsung galaxy s4 also running through straight talk at&t towers if compatibility is possible it saves me from having to try making a new kernel for this phone :)

I have a T-Mobile Galaxy S4 SGH-M919 device. I have it rooted. It is running Android 4.4.4. The app says that tethering is unlocked but when you enable the tethering on the phone (USB or Hotspot) I still get the dreaded message from T-Mobile blocking the access. I did what the author suggested in that I tried using Google Chrome on my laptop using the Switch Agent add-on and tried several different agents including IE7 as the authors comments suggested and unfortunately it seems that this app does not work.

I rooted my phone so I can use the hotspot. I have tried many many apps and I can't believe this one worked. I have metro PC's phone and they really have it locked down. If I could give it more stars I would.

This does not work for me... can't wait till the bootloader is unlocked for the LGLS990... then we can get a real hack....seriously if this app got past the sprint block then I would donate... good try though. I'm wondering if all parties that have said this app works have rooted and flashed devices.... as in an unlocked bootloader???

Does not bypass Sprint tether blocking. Really need a good app for this. It's total bullshit that these companies think they can charge us for data that we are already paying for.

LGMS395 F60 Optimus but I received texts after 2.5 GB hotspot limit and data slowed down, but not apps fault, network throttling....

I was wondering with the exodus rom I'm currently using (5.0.2), when someone is connected to my device it says not connected in my notifications but they are and everything works fine. I flashed a whole lot of roms and with other roms when people connect to my hotspot it will say that the device is connected? Appreciate your time in reading this.

Tried swapping user agent...it seemed to just stop the counter in data usage but hit the tethering lock when it runs.

My usb tethering has stopped working after using this. When I am clicking on "Enable USB tethering" option in my phone setting it is showing tethering error.

Works perfect with my rooted Metro LG Optimus F60 and as far as i know Metro is one of the hardest carriers to bypass.

No settings to set a gateway or DNS,and the devices I set to static IPs, are unable to reach the internet at all.

I can use USB and bluetooth but Wifi still tells me to contact the carrier. I am using a Note 3 on Sprint.

3 stars for effort. However it still does not work on my Verizon Galaxy S4. My phone is rooted and it said it unlocked, but when I go to turn it on, it keeps checking Verizon Subscription status and gets an error as before. I tried both Wifi hotspot and Bluetooth and both wont work.

Thank you for this wonderful app. I would love to support you in whatever way I can. Unfortunately, I do not currently have a means to get my money online. I am a college student on disability and I have a payee so I am not in charge of my own money. I wanted to let you know that there is a typo in v1.0.17. it is right above the "Upgrade to donate edition" button. The word tethering is spelled "thetering." The phone tells me it's unlocked. Do I use the usual WiFi hot-spot in settings? If so, how do I know it's not being charged at the usual network tethering rate?

In all the years that I have had in android I have never bothered to leave a comment, this will be the exception. I recently bought a KitKat tablet which broke pdanet and I was unable to tether my phone. Your product has enabled me once again to have connectivity between my devices. I have no idea how it works because the data usage doesn't seem to be showing for either my phone or the wifi tether but it works. . Kudos to you sir for creating an outstanding application.

Sorry. I know in the discription it says dont put a 1* review and to send you a report but it didnt say where to send it so the reports going to have to be here I'm afraid. I installed it. It asked for Busybox to make it work so I downloaded that too. I was able to press the Unlock button and then it worked apparently. So I decided to use up all my tethering allowance to see if the tethering was unlocked/bypassed. It wasnt. My network is now sending me the usual texts saying to buy extra tethering allowance

Push the one button, Does one thing, and does it very well. Super clean app haven't had the smallest hiccup.

Xiaomi mi4 global stable rom v6, the app does exactely what it's expected to do. Tethering enabled!

Is there a list of devices this app works on? Does anyone ever read the comments? I own a properly rooted Galaxy S5 Sprint and this app in combination with the proper busybox app does NOT work at all. Although it says "Tethering Unlocked" my tethering app asks me to subscribe to the right services for operation of the tethering option. Why is this not working for me?

Rooted galaxy s3 on boost. It says I'm not subscribed to the hotspot subscriptions and then pulls the list up for me to buy them.

This app worked on my T-Mobile galaxy s3. Love it.

The only thing that works on my pc or tablet is youtube. Thats all I can stream no matter what other page I go to, it never loads... please help
