If you selected the Call action, the recipient's phone will ring in for 1 second with a call from the number you supplied as the Caller's number.
If you don't have an account and the call is picked up, the call is dropped immediately because you don't have an account with Airtime. You need to Sign Up to purchase Airtime in order to speak with the recipient using your own phone.
If you have an account and the call is picked up, the phone number you supplied as the connection number will ring, as long as you have Airtime purchased. Just pick up the call and you'll be connected with the recipient. You'll notice that the Caller's number on your own phone is the same Phone number you supplied as the Caller's number. If you've not purchased Airtime or you've exhausted your Airtime, the call is dropped after 1 second.

If you selected the Text action, the recipient's phone will receive a Text Message (SMS) in 2 seconds from the number you supplied as the Sender's number with the body of the Message the same as the one you inputted.
If you don't have an account, the Text Message (SMS) will include a signature of the website at the end of the Message and also, the Message is limited to 140 Characters. You need to Sign Up to purchase SMS Unit in order to remove the signature of the website and increase the limit to 160 Characters per SMS.
If you have an account, Text Message (SMS) doesn't include any signature and you have the whole 160 Characters to make use of, as long as you have SMS Unit purchased.
