I took part to running event and shared it live in real. Everything worked very well and my family were tracking me during my run (samsung tab). I have earlier used Endomondo and Sports Tracker, but unfortunaltey they can't offer this service yet :( Movescount seems to be ok service too and maybe I will go on with this for a while now :) I have Sony Xperia and app works very good with my Garmin HR belt...

Since they produced the update for the new android version this won't work on my phone. Everytime I try to save my user profile it just wipes it clear and asks me to do it again. I have been back and forward to the developers on this and they can't seem to sort it out. After lots of back and forwards with developers I've got this working, I love the additional HR info I get in movescount, however slightly dubious to the virtual heart rate data itself as also seems much higher than from my belt. I have no issue with not being able to merge moves with this and my watch, as I never got it to do that. It would be really nice however to see a graph of speed/ pace in the move and I'm sure this can't be hard to work out as it clearly logs speed and location when in use, this would give users something to compare the heart rate data with, as alone its limited as a training tool.

Save yourself the disappointment. It's just not working. There are apps with much better functionality for less money like endomondo or runtastic.

I bought a Suunto GPS watch over Garmin because it looks better. But from now on, I will get a Garmin watch instead. Garmin has a great website + phone app (Strava) that displays all the info I need properly. I cannot see that with movescount + this app. I cannot find anything that I like with this app - poor user interface - app not properly tested - cannot merge with events uploaded to movescount from my watch - poor functionality Go compare with runkeeper and strava - this app has lots to catch up

I'm a bit disappointed in this app. I expect high quality from Suunto but this app is a bit of a let down. It's hard to understand, I have no idea where it says I am on the map, no option from metric to standard. I'm most disappointed in the visual aspect. It looks as if this app was made with clip art from the 70's. Over all a fail on Suunto for this app. The mobile world is a big market for this kind of stuff and Suunto's competitors have a big leg up on it from what I see. If Suunto doesn't get serious with their mobile app development for moves count then I'm going to seriously consider switching to Garmin or another competitor who has this figured out.

First when I started using this it seemed like all the other apps as Sports Tracker. However, after I joined one of the public groups and checked one member doing his exercise in real-time, it all cleared to me! Whaaaatttt - this is great!!! I can see others training data in real-time (speed, location, HR…). Maybe some minor improvements could be done still, but basically this is something mind plowing!!!

Our family is not the sportiest one and possibly I am not right person to review this. We did an own private group for the family and even set cottages to the neighborhood. I am not using any Suunto services, but this definitely was lots of fun and we played many hours. My five years old daughter asked in the evening that can I go outdoors and collect few more fruits :-) As a school teacher I am already thinking how this could be used there.
