宅建士試験は、2時間で50問の問題を解く試験です。50問すべて択一式で肢は4つなので、比較的取り組みやすい試験といえます。
このアプリの特徴は、1日10分の学習です。
その為に、1問60分の制限と、10問をくくりとして作られています。
また、過去問題と予想問題かｒ出題されています。

国家資格・宅地建物取引士（たくちたてものとりひきし）／略称：宅建士（たっけんし）とは、宅地建物取引業法に基づき定められている国家資格者であり、宅地建物取引業者（一般にいう不動産会社）が行う、宅地又は建物の売買、交換又は貸借の取引に対して、購入者等の利益の保護及び円滑な宅地又は建物の流通に資するよう、公正かつ誠実に法に定める事務（重要事項の説明等）を行う、不動産取引法務の専門家である。

4.宅地および建物についての税に関する法令に関すること

5.宅地および建物の需給に関する法令および実務に関すること
住宅金融支援機構法、不当景品類及び不当表示防止法、統計など
6.宅地および建物の価格の評定に関すること
不動産鑑定評価基準、地価公示法など
7.宅地建物取引業法および同法の関係法令に関すること
