社会保険労務士
社会保険労務士（しゃかいほけんろうむし）は、労働関連法令や社会保障法令に基づく書類等の作成代行等を行い、また企業を経営して行く上での労務管理や社会保険に関する相談・指導を行う事を職業とする為の資格、およびそれを職業とする者をいう。
略称として「社労士」や「労務士」とも呼ばれる。ローマ字で社会保険（Syakaihoken）労務士（Roumushi）の各頭文字を取って「SR」とも置き換えられる。社会保険労務士の徽章は、菊の花弁の中央にSRの文字が付されている。素材は、純銀の台座に純金貼りが施されており、中央SR部はプラチナ製。主務官庁は厚生労働省で、もともと旧厚生省と旧労働省の共管とされていた。

社会保険労務士試験 国家試験

厚生労働大臣が認めた国家試験に合格した者

完全マークシート方式　
午前：五肢択一式10問が7つ＝70問（1問1点合計70点）、制限時間210分（3時間30分）
原則、各科目において10問中4問以上得点できない場合は足切りとなり、どんなに総合得点（択一式＋選択式）が高い場合であっても足切りとなった時点で即不合格となる。
午後：選択式、設問が8題（1設問につき5問＝合計40か所の穴埋め 合計40点）、制限時間80分（1時間20分）
