2015年10月27日、一軍・二軍のコーチ陣を発表し、作戦兼バッテリーの矢野燿大・打撃の片岡篤史と浜中治・2軍打撃兼野手総合の今岡誠・2軍守備走塁の藤本敦士といった2003年・2005年のリーグ優勝当時に金本監督とともに優勝に貢献したメンバーが顔をそろえた
