物語は、
夜が明けることのない星に、「アンバーグラウンド」という名の地がある。首都を照らす人工太陽の光が届かない、暗く危険な地域を旅する国家公務があった。彼らの仕事はその地で生きる人々の「こころ」が込められた「テガミ」を届けること。命を賭して「こころ」を届ける彼らを人々は「テガミバチ」と呼んだ。
7歳の頃、母親と生き別れた少年・ラグ・シーイングは、郵便物（テガミ）として運ばれることになるが、そんな自分を守り、目的地まで送り届けてくれた、テガミバチのゴーシュ・スエードに憧れを抱き、テガミバチになることを決意。5年後、採用試験に合格したラグは、最高のテガミバチ「ヘッド・ビー」を目指すため、配達作業に奮闘する。 Quiz for "Letter Bee" non-certified test all 70 questions
