Had to cancel my subscription to times and then install again for it to work. Even then it only worked a couple of weeks and then stopped. I tried to contact joltsoft support and got nothing from anyone. I finally cancelled my subscription. I will say when it worked it was great but something that doesn't work all the time it's not worth $10 a month. Extremely disappointed.

This app used to be great but the premium songs mainly are without lyrics and then they took my monthly subscription and didn't make these accessible to me and haven't replied to email I sent. I will keep this app installed as I bought a lot of songs a few years back when this app worked properly. Better apps about now, don't even think it's properly active anymore.

Most of what I selected was not there... if the artist was listed, chances are it was without lyrics available... please,.. weak... forget about it.

I got this app to play mp3+G files I've ripped from my large collection of karaoke cds. It doesn't play them. It only allows you to play files you download from their services at $2 a song.

Costs a fortune to buy credits only to have ads pop up every 5 seconds. You can not preview what you buy as It doesn't work so you ate left in the dark. Used to be great... is not total trash!!!

The I Sing we got for our oldest said it came with 50 free songs when you download the app from Google Play. When I downloaded it, I never got the free songs. What's the deal? Give me the free songs promised and I will give 5 stars.

This was supposed to come with 50 free songs by buying this machine, but the app will not play any songs and only wants you to purchase a membership. If it says free it should not require you to purchase a 10 dollar per month service. This is a scam.

Just downloaded and still no record. Just uninstalled straight away. Why is Apple better than android on this app. Why....... Because you can record. Please make the app comparable..... . Or are the android devices too underdeveloped to be able to run this like Apple devices..........I think not ....HTC one owner... . Please rectify asap as I will be going back to Apple devices
