Everything worked fine untill two weeks ago. Now it does not give "Have you been picked up" and rate your driver also not working. The jobs are still listed in the app long after. Fix it.

Great app and love the active booking strip for asap and future bookings

Has been good until my last booking when it couldn't seem to find a taxi, then I got notifications for FOUR approaching. Whut?

Tried to book a job, let the app work for 15 mins as it tried to find a car....still nothing. I gave up and have gone back to Uber

Prebooked a cab 2 days in advance. Cab was 10mins overdue, got a call. The cab was waiting 30kms on other side of city... Checked my booking.. my location was correct. Was 20minutes late to an important meeting. Very disappointing. Back to uber...

Used to be a great app. Very useful and reliable. In the last few weeks I get an error message whenever I attempt a booking. "web exception". Can't even figure out if it has booked or not. Have I got no taxi coming or a taxi for every failed attempt?

Doesnt work and no info on tech support either.

This app is more buggy than the mattress of a prostitute in the Middle Ages.. a shame really - it used to be great!

Terrible Service. Driver was good but eftpos was down...again. Called them up and their default response is to blame me and my card till she tells me they have an outage but they don't tell their drivers. People try to use taxi's to support the driver but I will stick with uber now.

Had to reenable gps / location permissions for Google maps to work. Very annoying. The app worked well though.

Since ive updated it the app it shows me my number is blocked i would love to know why this is happening as im a regular customer

Cannot call taxi as it crashes and takes forever to search for taxi.

App failed with web services error. Called and got a taxi. Won't be using the app again.

The booking system unreliable.After few tries (and cost of my meetings), realised that the booking system is crashed without warning. Advanced booking is ineffective as no matter how long ahead the booking is made, the scheduling system searches for an available taxi 10min before the scheduled pick up which is contradictory to the advanced booking concept.

The old version of this app worked fine. It's three stikes and out for me... not using it again. In last couple of weeks it has cancelled (or had another fault with) three bookings. Result: one missed flight, another late boarding to the glares of other passengers, and a lot of stress. I'll go back to calling the operator until I see 10 successive positive reviews for this app. Judging by current reviews I won't hold my breath. UPDATE: App updated, again, still useless, again.

Pre booked can 2 weeks prior and it was cancelled by the app 5 mins before scheduled time. Evening stuffed. Uber every time now. The sooner taxis die their death the better.

Love the new favourites! GPS tracking worked well, nice driver. All round great experience.

Not only did the latest "upgrade" remove favourites and history, but it won't even let you book without setting up a profile which fails due to an exception in the Web service. So completely unusable. FAIL.

"exception occurred during invocation of web service". Not enough competition in the taxi market to make an app that works?

The app was "searching" for 5 minutes but didn't inform me that a taxi was already on its way.

Couldn't even log on to book a cab.

Web exception won't allow the app to work...update FAIL.

Will not except my details, thus can't use. Looks like it would be good, if it work.

Do not use the app to pre-book taxis, it is very unreliable. Lodged a booking in the app for Sunday at 4pm and no taxi ever showed up, but then I received an app notification the following day at 12pm to inform me that a taxi is on the way. No use sending me a taxi that is 20 hours late from the booking time (which I also highlighted to the operator who called me to inform me that a taxi was waiting for me).

Booked a cab for 6:15am. GPS on the app showed the driver go the wrong way, stop for 10 minutes, then come back. Called the number, helpfully provided in the app, to be told "well he has moved in the last 10 minutes so he's probably coming". Driver shows up 20 minutes late and has zero idea where the drop off point is. But hey, the app worked like a charm to watch this all unfold in real time. Definitely recommend if you want accurate GPS of your driver pulling over for a smoke.

The clunkiest app ever hopeless gps can't even tell which suburb you're in let alone Street

Exception occurred while calling web service trying to enter my details for first booking. Liked the old app, this one is currently useless.

I'm a international visitor and can use the app. Absolutely rubbish. I'll take my money else where.

If you cant provide the service you offer, give up and do somthing else with you life

Unable to search for a destination address so couldn't compete the booking. Edit to add: thanks for the reply, the problem wasn't locating the search button. The issue was that no destination search results were presented.
