It's a sad commentary on the state of twitter apps for Android that this (plus a shortcut to dabr) is apparently the best option out there.

Only notifies you when it wants to. Not that great.

Well if all you want is to be notified with twitter updates and nothing more than this is perfect

Its fixed on yhis device but my other device It will not install, it says insufficient space, however I've uninstalled all my apps, deleted cache and memory and rebooted my device, and still nothing. Please fix

u should put a shortcut for posts in the notifier similar to twitteride until the widget gets here and choose ur own sounds for notifications

I really like the 'notifiy for certain users only' feature other client should do this, both android and desktop

Very nice idea; I love the minimalism. However, with the volume of tweets that I get, this interface makes the notification pane unusable. Pity.

Great, but notifications pop up in series. Also, i would like a way to change the color of the status light

I was happy with this until i found Twitride. Twits in the notification bar aren't as convenient as i thought they'd be, but good replacement for SMS!

Really liked the idea just wish you could view tweets on the app insted of in browser.

★tim★ Not clear in app description, but this links to browser to view/post tweets. There is no view capability in the app. "Notifier" not a "client".

Since I started using it I stopped using Fring for twitter. This is simple and great! Of course just for reading your tweets.

I use ping.fm to post, so I love having this superlight app which only does notifications. Great app. Just be aware of it's minimal featureset.

This is a good app, however I'd prefer to be able to set my own sound effect when new notifications come in.

I'd like to get updates for only a specific Twitter list.

Couldn't get past the twitter login / authorization. Kept Force Closing.

Good app, can't fault it really. Does what it says. Suggestion.. 1)can an option be added to choose to open the tweet via twitter app rather than web?. 2)my notification bar get full of the nano icon, would it be possible to have one icon and then show the number of tweets it is notifying you about? (that make sense :/ ?)

It was a decent application until I installed the update. I couldn't log in and had to force close every time. Had to uninstall.

Awesome update. Text is now visible in notification bar for black backgrounds.

Great Notifier. Though I'd like to be able to set a longer update schedule. Currently the Max is 2 hours.
