Gp never published any appointments. Should force them to publish appointments. Pointless if they don't.

Appointment screen is broken. Only let's you view today's date which of course would never have any appointments. Needs to be fixed to be of any use at all.

Cannot book appointments so might as well ring them its quicker

Pretty good app, very useful being able to see upcoming appointments. It's worth noting that a lot of the negative reviews are down to individual GP surgeries not opening up enough appointment slots. Come on guys, have a go at the surgery for that, not the app!

I was very happy with this app. Everything going very good but from last two weeks i can not see any available slots but my doctor told me the appointments on the app is available. I dont no why it is not show on my phone samsung s7 edge please fix this. So i gv 5 star to this app thx

There is never slots available on this app but when I call my surgery they will give me an appointment straight away so what's the point of installing this app when there isn't anything available. I have been trying for the last 4 months. I spoke to my surgery (manor park medical centre Slough ) about this issue and they said they don't know anything.can you please resolve this issue.

It's OK for upcoming appointment reminders but unfortunately the surgery has yet to ever supply it with available appointments. If they did, then I'd give it a 5* rating. It could be a great app if gp surgery's actually utilised it

It's OK except can only book with 2 doctors can't book any with my GP not a very good app

It works really good. No need to wait in long queue to book an appointment.

It doesn't show you which appointments are available for each GP - you have to search through each day for each GP to find them. Doesn't let you order repeat prescriptions. Patient Access is better.

The main point of the app is to easily make appointments with a GP but no slots seem to be available

Got text from my doctors with a link to this app. Downloaded and checked everday to book an appointment. There are never any available slots for any of the doctors. Decided to go my doctors actual website and signed up online and was able to book an appointment online. So just what is the point of this app?

Patient Access app already leading. This app offers nothing better. There is no dialogue between patient and doctor. Record keeping of weight and blood pressure on this app is pointless unless connected to actual medical records. Disappointing. I had high hopes for this app after reading what it seemed to be offering.

This is a great app. Sadly my useless surgery only used it for a couple of weeks and now seem to have abandoned using it. Typical. :(

I'm amazed that the NHS would associate themselves with this app. What does "book an appointments" mean? If you did manage to book one (virtually impossible as you can't see past the end of the month) you probably wouldn't trust it anyway.

Its good effort. Not a great app YET but its down to surgeries not giving enough slots out. Well done team

Seemingly entirely pointless. You can only book a routine appointment. But even then it won't let you do that as seemingly every appointment is no longer available. I have just wasted a lot of time trying to get an appointment but will now have to call instead.

Absolutely pointless app, in past 3 months there hasnt been a single appointment available

Can't see surgery opening hours and since having the app never been able to book an appointment. On the plus side you do get reminders for the appointments booked over the phone.

Checked with surgery my details which are correct but the app still won't let me authenticate and says it can't find me!! And my surgery have signed up to this and I've received a text to this number telling me to download the app! Great idea if it works but obviously doesn't!

Seems to work great. Added me easy, linked to surgery and they got a next day appointment!! Never happens on the phone

Why can't I add my 11 year old child to this. What 11 manages there own medication.

No push notifications control.

Broke into the app without entering the PIN (open the app, don't enter the PIN, close the app, open it again and you are in, no need to enter the PIN) . Cannot book any appointments because cannot change the calendar. Can't order repeat prescription.

Although it does depend on whether your surgery supports it yet. Would love to see support for repeat prescription requests as well like the Emis Access app

I like getting a reminder to take my medication every day, but I would like to be able to delete the old messages. Why can you only log your BP once a week?

The amount of money they must be charging the NHS for this app must be astronomical. Having said that it worked for me. I just booked an appointment so in that respect it works just fine. Couple of initial thoughts, the option manage my appointment doesn't really manage anything, just tells you when it is, no option to share, cancel or amend. It would be great if we could share the info via email, WhatsApp, phones calendar and cancel or amend. Also ay the top of that option is says "your" should be Y not y.

As others have said, the app states that there is no internet connection and therefore can't authenticate. The developers need to invest in some QA.

I even tried uninstalling and re-installing the app, as well as trying it on WiFi and my own Data, but I'm not able to get the app to connect to the server.

There should be an option to Log Out. Instead of disconnecting, which you then have to re-register to get back in.
