After the update, whenever I receive a notification the LED starts blinking very fast. Please fix this problem.

Hello! What happen to the notifications that came through from the App? As of yesterday afternoon, I no longer get a lowercase "d" that signifies I have a notification from Directly. Now, I have to use my text messaging for everything to come through. Its been a nightmare today because I'm not sure if its an actual text or Directly question. I have to open up the text every time. Where before the notification from the App would just come up on my lock screen/home screen etc. Did you guys make some change? I do not see any update as of yesterday?? PLEASE bring back the notification for the App only...so that I can get the lowercase "d" to pop up and notify me on my screen when a new one comes in. Hopefully I will hear back from someone either way! ;-)

I blocked the notifications from my app settings and I continue to get a ringtone notification that I can't find a single setting for. It is even interrupting when my phone is on silent and in do not disturb mode!! Extremely annoying and I will probably be uninstalling the app because of this.

I set my device to block notifications from this app-due to the constant notifications-sometimes without a question to answer in thr app, and somehow it overrides that setting to send notifications anyway. Overriding the settings on my device is not acceptable.

It's alright. There are plenty of functionalities from the website that are missing. Please add the functionality to use the back key, I keep closing the app even so I'm on a message accessed through home. Really unconvenient.

Super-frustrating that the app doesn't allow the phone back button to function in the app - ie, going back to the question list rather than exiting app

Notification sounds are broken in anything above Android Lolliipop.

After three years alerts still behave badly. To stop the alerts you have to uninstall the app. Seriously?

1. just put mobile web version into app, junk. 2. question link is not encrypted. everyone can get it. 3 samsung experts are junks, no basic tech support knowledge, only thet can do is copy and paste online wrong information. even don't know android 6 settings are totally different than android 7. 4. website api has too many bugs.

No back button support. No common image format support PNG. If attachment is NOT supported, at least let us download it. We have tons of special file types that cannot support in mobile through app. Notification control. No formating of text or inline images (that's a huge issue on full site as well) which really limits support in our field.

Functionality is ok, but this app seems really bare-bones to me. It's super annoying not to be able to customize notifications, and the app doesn't respect notification setting from the web. If I've been away from a network connection or a while and come back, all the notifications come through at once.

Here is my bread and butter: Even though the latest version is 1.6, it feels like Minimum Viable Product (MVP). Thanks for instant alerts when new questions and rewards chime in, also when receiving a rating. Dashboard only shows Weekly report, messages, Task for Us (including the topic, question time, reward) and state of our answers. Would love to see the feature revealing Number of answers, customer satisfaction rating in total, accumulated points and state of our position in Expert List on weekly basis.

When i turn off notifications in my phones settings, for some reason i still hear the sound everytime a notification would normally pop up. I know its still the app because at the same time I get an email. It would be nice if we could customize our notifications for this app. I don't like sounds and would prefer it to vibrate. Who wants to hear dings all night? Also I need to be able to see the subject when I open a task. I keep having to go back to the list to see what a customers question is referring to.

I tried to apply through app and online but it will not allow me to get to the third step. If you click no Facebook, it will not make the other option available so i can show my work history through linkedin

I answer questions for Lyft in between ride, and the Directly app sounding off with every question is very annoying while in car with passengers. Feature request please!

Alerts behave badly under lollipop. Would be nice to control alerts with more granularity. I don't need an alert every time someone rates me or accepts an answer!

Live the app I've been an expert at directly for over two years now and only thing I would love to see from the app is the ability to up vote individual comments from inside the app the same way you can from the web, otherwise great job and since I've recently moved to San Francisco I just may stop in to show my appreciation to the team at the directly HQ...

Love what they are doing with customer service.

Great app. Been on the inside and on directly for a while. This app makes it easy to answer questions... And get info on mum stats on the go.

A fantastic site, excellent service, and just an all around great idea. How many like is have had the same dream but no way to implement it? Job well done, folks!
