以推動香港民主運動和社會運動為宗旨的獨立媒體，為香港形塑不受政權、財團、政黨支配的「公眾空間」，充實公民社會的組織，帶動社會公眾，以不同角度深化社會、政治及文化議題，促進社會關懷，開拓人文知識，深化思想空間，提供有進步視野的多元資訊，連結國際、海峽兩岸及本地，以建立成熟並富批判性的思想氛圍，探討進步的社會實踐方式。 To promote Hong Kong's democracy movement and social movements for the purpose of independent media, the Hong Kong shaping "public space" against the regime, the consortium, dominated political parties, civil society organizations to enrich, promote the general public, at different angles to deepen social, political and cultural issues, the promotion of social care, development of human knowledge, deepen the ideological space, providing diverse information has improved vision, international links across the Taiwan Strait and local, in order to establish a mature and rich atmosphere of critical thinking to explore the progress of social practices.
